About the Role:

Reporting to the Director, Global Brand & Motorsport Partnerships, the Hospitality & Experience Specialist, Motorsport Partnerships is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing CrowdStrike’s motorsport hospitality and event activations across premier racing platforms including WEC, IMSA, and SRO.

This role supports a high-profile events calendar of Endurance and GT race weekends, VIP client programs, and bespoke brand-led experiences with racing teams and rights holders. You will deliver exceptional, high-touch hospitality experiences for senior executives, strategic partners, and top-tier clients.

The specialist drives flawless operational execution, from pre-event planning and logistics to on-site delivery, ensuring every detail reflects CrowdStrike’s premium brand standards and commercial goals.

What You’ll Do:

Event Planning & Execution

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and delivery of U.S. motorsport events with a focus on premium hospitality programs for executive and VIP audiences.

  • Support selected international events, including WEC and flagship global motorsport engagements.

  • Design and deliver best-in-class guest experiences, from pre-event planning to on-event delivery to concierge services and post-event follow-up.

  • Manage elite hospitality offerings including paddock and pit access, private suites, trackside activations, and curated itineraries.

  • Oversee operational logistics, budgets, timelines, and vendor coordination to deliver seamless event execution.

Partner & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with racing teams, series rights holders (WEC, IMSA, SRO), circuits, agencies, and premium hospitality partners.

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams across sales, marketing, communications, legal, and executive leadership to align activations with broader business objectives.

  • Execute sponsorship assets, entitlements, and branding accurately across all activations.

  • Ensure contractual, financial, and compliance requirements are met.

Delegate Management & Acquisition Strategy

  • Support rollout of nomination campaigns and maintain regular touchpoints with regional teams and leadership.

  • Build and manage event registration pages; partner with sales leadership to identify and qualify C-level target accounts, and oversee end-to-end attendee registration and tracking

  • Collaborate with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure efficient delegate approvals and adherence to all regulations.

  • Support delegate communications, and audience engagement strategies.

Performance Tracking & Insights

  • Define, measure, and report on event success using KPIs such as client engagement, lead generation, guest satisfaction (NPS), and ROI.

  • Regularly report on metrics and trends leveraging Salesforce and Tableau, focusing on ROI from events 

  • Produce comprehensive post-event recaps to share insights and best practices with internal stakeholders.

  • Monitor campaign performance metrics in real-time and adjust strategies as needed.

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in event-led marketing, hospitality, or experiential programs, preferably within sports, tech, luxury, or racing ecosystems.

  • Demonstrated experience executing complex, high-touch live events and premium hospitality activations.

  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and operational discipline.

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to interface cross-functionally and with senior stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments.

  • Comfortable with frequent travel (20–30%, heavier during racing seasons), including nights and weekends.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience working directly with endurance racing teams, GT programs, series rights holders (WEC, IMSA, SRO), or comparable racing partnerships.

  • Background in international event logistics, travel planning, and vendor coordination for global events.

  • Experience managing high-level hospitality programs in luxury or premium consumer environments

  • Experience curating VIP guest communications including invitation campaigns, executive correspondence, event messaging, and post-event follow-ups aligned to sponsorship and hospitality objectives.

  • Strong understanding of sponsorship measurement tools and frameworks.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and event technology platforms that support guest management and reporting.

  • Experience supporting programs with global itineraries, complex travel, and cross-border compliance.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $86,000 - $135,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
