Support Services Specialist II

North Hospitality- Remote, US

**One evening shift and one weekend shift per week required**

What you'll be doing:

  • Focusing on clients operating in Oracle Simphony 1 or 2 to support their technical questions for hardware, software or networking.
  • Fulfill incoming new or replacement hardware orders, configure hardware, create Salesforce CRM Support Tickets and route tickets and calls to the appropriate persons as needed.
  • Perform point-of-sale data entry tasks and hardware swaps.
  • Perform data entry and ensure information stored in Salesforce CRM is accurate and complete.
  • Filing and/or electronic storage of documents.
  • Assist team members in tracking all inventory, including RMAs.

What we need from you:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years experience in call center support of Oracle Simphony 1 or 2 required
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in technical customer service.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • General knowledge of computers.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or GoogleSuite

Hourly Range: $20.00- $31.00
