Homebot works with Mortgage Lenders, Real Estate Agents, Banks, Credit Unions, Loan Servicers, Insurance Agencies, and Title Companies to deliver measurable revenue growth and build long-term customer relationships.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Homebot is seeking a hands-on, data-driven VP of Marketing to lead and scale the company's marketing function, reporting directly to the COO. This leader will own positioning across Homebot's four buyer segments — lenders, real estate agents, title agents, and insurance agents — and build a measurable demand engine that drives pipeline and new business, while strengthening lifecycle marketing.
This is a player-coach role responsible for both setting marketing strategy and owning execution, balancing category-level thinking with hands-on, in-the-weeds delivery in a lean, growth-oriented environment. It builds on an existing marketing foundation, with a focus on rigor, measurement, and demand generation — led by someone who owns the numbers directly rather than delegating them.
You’re Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will:
Own demand generation end to end — building an ABM-led pipeline and a measurable MQL→SQL→opportunity engine the business can trust.
Establish attribution clarity, so marketing's impact on opportunity creation is visible, trusted, and repeatable.
Own positioning and product marketing across all four buyer segments — sharpening messaging, launches, sales enablement, and competitive intelligence.
Drive lifecycle marketing and customer education that reduce churn and fuel the agent-to-referral-to-retention loop at the heart of the product.
Own the full channel mix — from word-of-mouth, associations, and conferences to new scalable channels and an ROI-positive event strategy.
Build housing-market thought leadership that establishes Homebot's category authority and feeds top-of-funnel demand.
Assess, develop, and lead the marketing team, raising the bar and building a culture of accountability and rigor in close partnership with Sales and Product.
We’re Excited About You Because:
You bring 5–10 years of B2B SaaS marketing leadership, ideally at 50–100 person companies.
You have real estate, mortgage, fintech, or proptech experience (strongly preferred), or can ramp quickly in a vertical, two-sided market.
You are a hands-on operator who can also own category strategy — equally comfortable setting direction and doing the work.
You own measurement directly: you live in the funnel data, own attribution, and never delegate the numbers to another function.
You have built and run ABM and demand-generation programs that deliver measurable pipeline, with a working command of channel ROI and CAC payback.
You bring product marketing rigor — positioning, segmentation, and messaging that Sales actually adopts.
You've built and led high-performing teams, hiring and developing A-players and making sound calls on performance.
You operate with extreme ownership and a player-coach mindset, bringing the marketing expertise to set strategy without waiting to be directed.
A positive, ‘get it done’ attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
A trusted, low-ego partner who works collaboratively with leaders.

Location: This Denver-based hybrid role requires in-office presence Tuesdays and Thursdays and calls for a leader who can operate seamlessly at both the board level and in the details to guide a lean, evolving Marketing function.
A Secure Candidate Experience: Homebot is committed to providing a secure and transparent candidate experience. We will never request sensitive personal or financial information (such as Social Security numbers or banking details) during the interview process.
