HISS Enterprise Informatics Sales Executive (North East)
Drive revenue growth and operational excellence as a Field Sales Executive by leveraging data, LEAN strategies, and strong customer relationships to optimize territory performance, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver measurable business impact.
Your role:
Optimizes field sales processes by applying LEAN principles and continuous improvement strategies, driving efficiency, and reducing waste to enhance overall performance, and ensuring that all processes are aligned with best practices.
Develops and executes territory business plans driving product usage and brand recommendation, to meet and exceed direct sales targets, working under limited supervision.
Conducts detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews within the assigned territory, providing comprehensive analysis and insights to inform strategic decisions, and recommending adjustments to improve sales outcomes.
You're the right fit if:
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $238,000 to $336,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.
