Job Overview

Docketly is seeking a high-energy, metrics-driven High-Volume Recruiter to source, engage, and onboard attorneys nationwide. This role is focused on outbound sourcing, pipeline generation, and rapid candidate qualification in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source attorneys via LinkedIn, bar directories, referrals, and recruiting tools
  • Build and manage a large, national pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Conduct high-volume outreach and initial qualification calls
  • Evaluate candidates based on experience, coverage, and reliability
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and follow-ups to drive conversions
  • Meet weekly recruiting and activation targets (outreach, conversions, onboarding)
  • Partner with internal teams to fill coverage gaps in priority markets

Qualifications

Required:

  • 1–3+ years in recruiting, staffing, or high-volume sourcing
  • Strong outbound prospecting and cold outreach skills
  • Ability to manage large pipelines in a metrics-driven environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail

Preferred:

  • Legal or professional services recruiting experience
  • Experience sourcing contractors or independent professionals
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools

Success Metrics

  • Attorney activations
  • Outreach volume and conversion rates
  • Speed of onboarding
  • Geographic coverage expansion

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour-based on experience 

Schedule: Monday through Friday, this position is full-time in Docketly's HQ Office in Longmont, Colorado.
