Job Overview
Docketly is seeking a high-energy, metrics-driven High-Volume Recruiter to source, engage, and onboard attorneys nationwide. This role is focused on outbound sourcing, pipeline generation, and rapid candidate qualification in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source attorneys via LinkedIn, bar directories, referrals, and recruiting tools
- Build and manage a large, national pipeline of qualified candidates
- Conduct high-volume outreach and initial qualification calls
- Evaluate candidates based on experience, coverage, and reliability
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and follow-ups to drive conversions
- Meet weekly recruiting and activation targets (outreach, conversions, onboarding)
- Partner with internal teams to fill coverage gaps in priority markets
Qualifications
Required:
- 1–3+ years in recruiting, staffing, or high-volume sourcing
- Strong outbound prospecting and cold outreach skills
- Ability to manage large pipelines in a metrics-driven environment
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
Preferred:
- Legal or professional services recruiting experience
- Experience sourcing contractors or independent professionals
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools

- Attorney activations
- Outreach volume and conversion rates
- Speed of onboarding
- Geographic coverage expansion

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour-based on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday, this position is full-time in Docketly's HQ Office in Longmont, Colorado.
