About This Job
Air and Space Force Solutions, a business unit within BAE Systems, has an opening for a Help Desk Administrator at our Hill Air Force Base, Utah location. The selected candidate will join our Information Services team and have an important role in supporting our mission of Strategic Deterrence through continual improvement and innovation. The position will have the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Resolving technical problems in a help desk environment
  • Working with internal and external users and organizations to support customer user-level requirements, including resolving end-user support requests, and researching and deploying advanced technologies
  • Resolving access requests for user accounts and other desktop support functions
  • Using automated tools and scripts to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Developing training and system documentation for users to promote efficient operation and applications
  • Resolving technical problems in a call center/ help desk environment
  • Using expertise in customer service and technical knowledge gained from prior programming experience to resolve issues surrounding installation, usage, and training on software and/or hardware products
  • Where possible, using automated tools and scripts to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Providing technical assistance, training and system documentation for users to promote efficient operation of applications
  • Perform other duties as assigned

This position will primarily perform these activities in or around Hill AFB, UT. Hybrid work accommodations may be considered.

Clearance Requirement:
This position requires an active final Secret clearance upon hire date. The applicant must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance. An active Top Secret clearance is preferred.
Certification Requirement:
The applicant must meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II or higher certification requirements on hire date or must obtain such within 6 months of being hired.
US Citizenship Required:
Pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $54069 - $91917
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
