We are hiring a Healthcare Customer Service Representative to assist patients, healthcare providers, and clients with inquiries regarding health services, insurance, and claims. This is a remote position.
Description:
- Assist patients with healthcare plan inquiries and claims issues.
- Provide accurate information regarding health services and insurance options.
- Maintain patient records and assist with medical billing inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare-related certification preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare customer service.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems and insurance processes.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
