  • You will lead the Web Experience roadmap by translating company goals and GTM strategies into a prioritized execution plan, rooted in user insights and data-driven intuition.
  • Drive growth initiatives that increase conversion rates, enhance the user experience, and elevate our messaging through continuous optimization and experimentation.

  • Complexity to simplicity: A strong background in brand strategy with a unique ability to take a complex, multi-layered product and distill it into a simple, intuitive, and human-centric web journey.
  • Leadership experience: 3+ years of experience managing and mentoring team leads. You know how to develop talent and drive a team toward a shared strategic vision.
  • Cross-functional mastery: Proven ability to lead and influence hybrid teams (Content, Design, Dev, Product, Data). You speak their languages fluently and know how to provide the guardrails for them to succeed.
  • Execution-minded strategy: An insight-driven thinker who balances long-term strategic vision with a hands-on, data-backed approach to execution.
  • Experience with PLG or SLG models in a fast-paced, global environment.
