About the role

As Head of Sales, you'll lead the entire sales function while closing strategic deals as our senior salesperson. You sell two offerings to B2B clients: lead generation services (outsourced SDR teams, paid-ads lead generation) and marketing services (social content, SEO, paid advertising). A player-coach role: you manage both our internal reps and the outsourced sales reps we run for our clients.

What you'll do
  • Hire, train, coach, and manage full-cycle reps — both our internal team and the reps we staff on client accounts.
  • Build and refine sales playbooks, scripts, and outreach sequences for consistent revenue across offerings.
  • Run weekly pipeline reviews, own forecasting, and report performance against targets.
  • Act as a hands-on closer on key strategic accounts, prospecting to close.
  • Set individual/team quotas and help structure comp plans that drive performance.
  • Work with client-services/ops for smooth handover and onboarding.
What we're looking for
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years building and leading sales teams in a player-coach capacity.
  • Direct experience selling or managing teams that sell lead generation services (outsourced SDRs, appointment setting).
  • Direct experience selling or managing teams that sell marketing services (paid ads, SEO, social).
  • A verifiable record of scaling sales-team performance and hitting revenue targets.
  • Experience managing reps across multiple, distinct client accounts — ideally agency/outsourced.
  • Skill building playbooks and forecasting from scratch, and personally closing complex deals.
Nice to have
  • Ran an outsourced sales department or a sales function inside a marketing/sales agency.
  • Managed a fully remote, distributed team.
  • Sales experience across both US and UK markets.
