Brightwild is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Revenue to lead and optimize our revenue strategy across our portfolio of properties. As the Head of Revenue, you will oversee dynamic pricing, revenue forecasting, and market positioning, ensuring we maximize occupancy and profitability. You will also play a key role in executing email and paid media campaigns, collaborating with creative and operational teams, and managing P&L statements to enhance financial performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Strategy & Optimization- Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies to optimize nightly rates and maximize revenue across all properties.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand drivers to maintain a competitive edge and maximize occupancy.
- Analyze historical data and forecast future demand to improve average daily rate (ADR) and overall revenue.
- Lead the revenue management process across Brightwild’s property portfolio, ensuring each property achieves peak financial performance.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to implement strategies that enhance guest satisfaction while driving revenue growth.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn to drive traffic, leads, and bookings.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop strategy-driven campaigns.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve ROI.
- Oversee P&L statements for each property, identifying opportunities to improve profitability and reduce costs.
- Work closely with finance and property management teams to ensure alignment on revenue goals and budget adherence.
- Develop revenue forecasting models and analysis tools to support data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with Owner Success Managers to provide property owners with transparent and insightful revenue performance reports.
- Standardize reporting processes to ensure consistent and accurate financial data delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Five or more years of experience in revenue management, ideally within the vacation rental, hotel, or hospitality industry.
- Proven success in revenue optimization and occupancy management through pricing strategies.
- Experience with P&L management, financial reporting, and forecasting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, particularly with property owners and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with revenue management tools and property management systems (PMS) is a plus.
- Experience leading and motivating teams.
