Job summary

The Head of Americas Regional Marketing is a senior leadership role within DigiCert’s global marketing organization. You will own marketing strategy and execution across the Americas, translating global priorities into high-impact regional programs that drive pipeline, revenue, and market engagement.

This role leads a distributed team of regional marketers and works in close partnership with Americas sales leadership to support enterprise, commercial, and partner-led growth. The ideal candidate is a proven marketing leader with strong sales alignment instincts, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to convert demand into durable customer relationships.


What you will do

  • Define and execute the Americas regional marketing strategy, delivering integrated digital, field, partner, and ABM programs aligned to revenue goals.
  • Partner closely with Americas sales leadership to align on target accounts, segments, and go-to-market priorities.
  • Localize global messaging and campaigns to reflect regional markets, industries, and buyer needs.
  • Drive pipeline growth through ABM, partner marketing, and targeted events that support thought leadership and direct customer engagement.
  • Measure and optimize performance using pipeline, revenue, and ROI metrics in collaboration with Marketing Operations.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing regional marketing team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and scalable execution.

What you will have

  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise software marketing, including leadership of regional or field marketing teams in the Americas.
  • Strong background in enterprise security marketing; experience with PKI, identity, and digital trust solutions is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated success driving pipeline and revenue impact in close partnership with sales organizations.
  • 5+ years of experience with modern digital marketing and ABM techniques.
  • 5+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing high-performing, geographically distributed teams.
  • Strong executive communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
