Job Overview:

The Head of Product will lead the product vision, strategy, and execution across ThriveCart and its associated brands—Convertri, Stealth Seminar, and Piktochart. You’ll manage a talented team of product managers and UX/UI designers and will collaborate closely with the CTO and engineering teams to scope, beta and launch products to millions of customers across our brands. A deep understanding of FinTech, AI technologies and promoting cross-company synergies is essential, to benefit both end customers and opportunities to maximize revenue growth. This role demands a combination of strategic thinking, user-focused innovation, and operational excellence to ensure our products remain leaders in their respective markets.

What Your Work Will Entail:

  • Product Strategy & Vision:
    • Define and communicate a clear, cohesive product vision and roadmap for
      ThriveCart, its associated brands individually and collectively.
    • Identify opportunities to leverage AI to enhance product functionality, user
      experience, and operational efficiency.
    • Align product goals with business objectives, ensuring revenue growth and
      market leadership.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
    • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing product team, including product
      managers, UX/UI designers, and analysts.
    • Foster collaboration and innovation within cross-functional teams, including
      engineering, marketing, and sales.
    • Implement standardized processes, systems and approaches to project
      management.
    • Create a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement, while
      reducing waste.
  • Collaboration with Engineering & Development:
    • Partner with engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of product
      development.
    • Oversee the development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely
      delivery of high-quality products.
    • Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate
      effective communication and decision-making.
  • AI-Driven Product Innovation:
    • Identify and integrate AI technologies to solve user challenges, personalize experiences, and enhance product offerings.
    • Develop AI capabilities for our end users to support their own business needs.
    • Stay updated on emerging AI trends and ensure products remain at the forefront of innovation.
    • Drive the adoption of machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics within product features.
  • User-Centered Design & Experience:
    • Champion user-centric design principles to create intuitive and delightful experiences.
    • Conduct user research, collect feedback, and analyze data to continuously improve product usability and value.
    • Ensure a consistent user experience across all brands and platforms.
  • Market Analysis & Competitive Positioning:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
    • Define and prioritize features that differentiate ThriveCart, Convertri, Stealth Seminar, and Piktochart from competitors.
    • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to position products effectively in the market.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Establish and manage KPIs to measure product success, team performance, and user satisfaction.
    • Optimize workflows, processes, and tools to drive efficiency and collaboration across teams.
    • Ensure all products comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

What You Bring To This Role:

  • Ability to demonstrate three areas of excellence / achievement in a similar role.
  • 10+ years of experience in product management, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple product lines, preferably within SaaS or e-commerce industries.
  • Experience leveraging AI/ML technologies in product development.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to work effectively with engineering teams.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in user-centric products.
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and data analytics platforms.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Visionary thinker with a passion for innovation and user-focused solutions.
  • Highly adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proven ability to work across diverse teams and stakeholders.
