Head of Product / Product Manager:Help us build the next generation of home fitness products.

Moov is a fast-growing D2C wellness and movement brand, founded in 2024, with customers across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. We’re still early, but momentum is building fast. Every month, dozens of creators produce content that inspires thousands of people to build healthier routines at home.

As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Product Manager to own and evolve our product portfolio—from improving today's products to helping launch tomorrow's.

This isn't a role where you'll inherit a mature product organization with established processes. You'll help build it.

If you enjoy turning customer insights into better products, thrive in fast-moving environments, and like combining strategy with execution, we'd love to meet you.

 🔧 What You’ll Own

You'll own our product portfolio from end to end, working closely with our Founder and Management Team to continuously improve our products and launch new ones.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Own and manage the product roadmap across our hardware and connected products.

  • Lead new product development together with our external manufacturing partners.

  • Act as the voice of the customer by translating insights into product improvements.

  • Drive continuous improvements across quality, reliability, cost, and customer experience.

  • Analyze product defects, return reasons, customer feedback, and reliability data to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Write clear product requirements and specifications for hardware and app development.

  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Growth, E-commerce, Design, and external suppliers to bring products to market successfully.

  • Prioritize product initiatives based on customer impact, commercial value, and business goals.

  • Improve product development processes, documentation, and decision-making as we continue to scale.

🧠 What You Bring

You're entrepreneurial, structured, and comfortable making decisions in an environment where not everything is defined yet. You enjoy both launching new products and improving existing ones.

Ideally, you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management or a similar product ownership role.

  • Experience managing hardware or connected consumer products.

  • Experience working directly with Chinese manufacturers or suppliers.

  • Strong product discovery and prioritization skills.

  • Experience writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) or similar product specifications.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience using customer feedback, return data, and product performance metrics to drive decisions.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

  • Experience in a startup, scale-up, or fast-growing consumer brand is highly preferred.

Nice to have
  • Experience in consumer electronics or connected hardware.

  • Experience working with app development teams.

  • Experience improving product quality, reliability, or manufacturing processes.

  • Experience working with DTC or e-commerce brands.

🎯 What success looks like

Within your first six months:

  • You have taken ownership of our product portfolio and roadmap.

  • New product development projects are progressing with clear ownership and direction.

  • Product defects and customer feedback are translated into a structured improvement roadmap.

  • Product decisions are better documented, prioritized, and communicated across teams.

  • Cross-functional collaboration between Product, Operations, Growth, and E-commerce runs smoothly.

  • The business has clear visibility into product priorities and upcoming launches.

⚡ The Reality

This is a build role, not a maintenance role.

You'll be managing suppliers, driving product development, solving day-to-day challenges, and bringing structure to a fast-moving product organization that is still being built.

Some weeks you'll define product strategy. Other weeks you'll be reviewing samples, following up with suppliers, writing specifications, or solving production issues.

If you're looking for a narrow role with established processes, this isn't it.

If you enjoy ownership, building systems, and bringing great products to market, you'll thrive at Moov.

What we'll offer
  • Ownership from day one over one of the most important functions in the business.

  • The opportunity to shape the future product portfolio of one of Europe's fastest-growing home fitness brands.

  • A direct impact on the company's growth, profitability, and long-term strategy.

  • Close collaboration with the Founder and Management Team.

  • Freedom to improve processes, challenge ideas, and build the Product function.

  • A competitive salary.

  • Flexible working with a remote-first setup and an office in Utrecht.

  • Plenty of opportunities for personal and professional growth.

If you're excited about building products, solving real customer problems, and creating a world-class product organization, we'd love to hear from you.
