You will define the business and product requirements to support these expansions, building a clear roadmap for delivering quick wins and long-term scalability. You will serve as a cross-functional thought leader, working closely with Business Development, Engineering, Design, and Pharmacy Operations to scale our infrastructure and improve quality and efficiency. This is a critical role at the intersection of strategy, product innovation, operational excellence, and patient impact.

  • Benchmark against industry best practices, and build a plan to achieve best in class service offerings based on strategic direction and priorities.

  • Drive significant improvements in PHIL solutions through optimized processing and judicious use of third party integrations vs internal capabilities.

  • Develop and champion new platform capabilities to support expanded therapeutic categories and patient therapy management.

  • Set long-term success metrics and operational KPIs, and ensure the product roadmap is tightly aligned with measurable outcomes.

  • Lead cross-functional partnership with senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Commercial teams to define priorities and deliver value.

  • Lead discovery efforts and user research to identify top opportunities to deliver value, while ruthlessly prioritizing to maintain organizational focus and drive specific outcomes.

  • Mentor product team members and elevate the overall product team capability through thought leadership, strategic rigor, and operational depth

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in product management with minimum 3 years experience in converting organization business strategy into clear product requirements and outcomes.

  • Experience in healthcare, ideally in pharmacy operations, EHR systems, payer and plan integrations, etc.

  • Proven ability to define and drive product strategy in complex, regulated, and mission-critical domains

  • Strong fluency with data and metrics, including experience setting and managing product KPIs and operational SLAs

  • Deep understanding of technical systems and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams

  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership including C suite leaders on product strategy and prioritization, to optimize business outcomes.

  • A passion for improving patient care through thoughtful, scalable systems design

  • Ability to thrive under pressure and a demonstrated bias for action to launch solutions rapidly. You must possess the ability to ruthlessly prioritize and deliver outsized results as a highly independent individual contributor.

  • Proven use of AI in actual product solutions including continuous learning systems, as well as in development efficiency.

  • Education or relevant experience in healthcare / pharmacy is required, MBA is highly desired.

  • Ground floor opportunity with one of the fastest-growing startups in health-tech

  • Fully remote working environment

  • Competitive compensation (commensurate with experience)

  • Full benefits (medical, dental, vision).

  • 401(k) contribution opportunity.
