About the roleRuby Labs seeks a Head of Product & Growth to drive product value and revenue optimization. You'll be responsible for full management over the company operations except Marketing, with direct accountability for key metrics including retention, ARPU/ARPPU, and overall product performance.
This role offers executive-level leadership with clear accountability: overseeing 15% quarterly retention improvement and 15% CRO targets through your team, while focusing on strategic product development and company-wide operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide executive management across all company operations excluding Marketing.
Define and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog aligned with business goals.
Oversee the CRO Manager and related functions responsible for funnel optimization and ARPU growth.
Manage the launch process for new funnels and product functionality.
Lead cross-functional teams in executing strategic initiatives.
Establish measurement frameworks for evaluating product performance.
Guide long-term product vision and strategy based on market research and user data.
Direct resource allocation across product initiatives.
Create and implement scalable product development processes.
Ensure alignment between product decisions and business objectives.
5+ years experience in product management of subscription-based products with focus on retention/revenue.
Proven track record of improving ARPU/ARPPU metrics.
Strong experience in subscription business models.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and component-based design systems.
Deep understanding of retention metrics and optimization strategies.
Expertise in A/B testing and revenue optimization.
Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills.
Experience with user behavior analysis and segmentation.
Background in EdTech or assessment products.
Background in premium/subscription products.
International market experience.
