Your work will help us reduce risk, increase efficiency and drive meaningful cost savings.
If you’re someone who’s comfortable negotiating complex contracts and excited to shape how procurement works at a global level, we’d love to hear from you.
Your new adventure:

- Own and execute the end-to-end sourcing, negotiation, and selection process for globally diverse vendors, with a deep focus on SaaS, cloud, and advertising/marketing spend
- Partner with various departments to review, draft, and negotiate all vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, favorable commercial terms, and risk mitigation
- Act as a strategic partner to department heads (e.g., operations, marketing, IT) to understand their business needs, project pipelines, and budgets
- Proactively analyze all company spend to identify and execute significant cost-saving opportunities through vendor consolidation, process efficiencies, and negotiation
- Design and manage the company's purchase order process, serving as the central point of review and approval for significant expenditures
- Develop and track procurement KPIs, delivering regular reporting on cost savings, spend analytics, and supplier performance
- Serve as the company's primary subject matter expert on all procurement matters, training and enabling business partners on new processes as they are rolled out
- Establish a supplier relationship management framework to manage performance and build strategic partnerships with critical vendors
- Lead, mentor, and manage the procurement team, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture
Does this sound like you?
- At least seven years of experience in procurement, with a focus on SaaS, cloud, advertising and indirect spend in a global environment
- At least three years of experience in a procurement leadership role
- Proven ability to lead procurement function in a multi-national, geographically-disbursed environment

- Hands-on experience designing and implementing "procure-to-pay" (P2P) workflows and global procurement policies
- Solid understanding of procurement software, ERP systems, and spend management tools. (Coupa and NetSuite are preferred)
- Ability to analyze complex spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and make data-driven decisions
