Position Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional senior leader of People Team to join our leadership team and architect the human capital strategy that will scale CyberFund through our next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Manager this role will own the complete people strategy across our global, distributed team while building and leading a world-class People function from the ground up.

Head of People will play a key role in shaping the employee experience, developing the team, and strengthening the organizational health of cyber•Fund main task will be to design and implement a talent management strategy aimed at unlocking the potential of every team member and supporting their professional growth, while maintaining unity and alignment with cyber•Fund’s mission and values.

Your responsibilities will include designing career development programs, supporting leadership, establishing a transparent system of compensation and feedback, hiring, managing change, and enhancing workplace effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, grow and develop the People team, currently comprising Recruitment and HR Operations functions (4 team members).

- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner, working closely with leadership on organizational design, team planning, and business growth priorities.

- Own and scale recruitment processes, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier talent from global markets.

- Develop and implement clear career progression frameworks, including tools and guidance for managers to support the professional growth of their team members.

- Design and roll out employee development programs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and internal mobility.

- Build and maintain people policies and procedures, ensuring clarity, compliance, and alignment with our values.

- Foster a high-performance culture, grounded in cyber·Fund’s principles and a shared understanding of expectations.

- Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives, driven by data, feedback, and regular check-ins.

- Participate in long-term organizational strategy, bringing people insights to planning and decision-making.

You Have:

- 10+ years of experience in HR, with a background in Recruitment or Training & Development.

- 3+ years in a Head of HR or HR Director role.

- Proven experience designing and implementing systems within lean teams, with high levels of autonomy and ownership.

- A balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution; comfortable setting roadmaps as well as diving into the details.

- High integrity and low ego, with a genuine passion for enhancing the employee experience.

- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to create clear asynchronous documentation and provide effective guidance to contributors.
