What You’ll Do
Lead our global HR strategy, overseeing the entire People and Culture function across the U.S., India and Colombia. Play a key role in shaping the organization's culture, ensuring it supports scalable growth, sustainability, and cohesion across all departments. This position involves managing talent acquisition, fostering employee engagement, and aligning people and culture initiatives with business objectives.
This role will:
· Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement people strategies that promote organizational growth and ensure scalability.
- Collaborate with the leadership team and department heads to guide and communicate overall talent strategy.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the executive and senior management teams, providing counsel on key organizational, leadership and personnel issues.
· Talent Acquisition and Performance Management:
- Oversee global talent acquisition efforts, ensuring alignment with business needs in all locations.
- Ensure ATS is utilized and KPIs updated accordingly to support time to hire metrics.
- Panter with management to ensure performance management processes support business objectives and drive employee development.
· Employee Lifecycle & Culture:
- Support training and development programs that empower employees and foster growth.
- Partner with senior leaders to design career mapping and progression pathways, including a revised review process.
- Own talent retention as a KPI, and improve over time.
- Own eNPS as a global metric.
- Ensure a coherent, scalable strategy for a global, partially remote workforce.
- Audit, review, enhance salary benchmarking, role-specific salary bands, and the annual salary increment process.
· Management & Coaching:
- Serve as a coach and mentor to people managers and leaders, helping them make informed, people-first decisions.
- Supervise and guide junior and senior People and Culture team members, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed and are meeting clearly define people goals.
· Operational Excellence:
- Ensure quarterly Big 3 goals are met while embodying and promoting company CARE values.
- Contribute to cross-departmental cohesion, promoting a unified approach to achieving business objectives.
- Lead internal employee benefits strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Analyze existing organizational policies and procedures, recommending reforms to better align with company goals.
- Oversee people analytics, providing data-driven insights to inform decisions related to organizational growth.
