What can you expect in the Head of Partnerships role with TaskUs: 

The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for leading the development and management of TaskUs’ channel partner program. This role will identify, onboard, and manage strategic partnerships with third-party vendors to expand TaskUs’ market reach and drive revenue growth. Work closely with our Service Offering Leaders, and cross functionally with Sales, Client Services, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help define our Partnership strategy, evaluating mutually-beneficial opportunities to drive revenue, expand our product offering, and increase our customer base through partnership with technology partners, channel partners, resellers, and customers.

  • Identify and recruit potential channel partners whose solutions complement TaskUs’ service offerings.

  • Establish and manage governance structures with partners, including pipeline management, implementations, and managing joint client relationships.

  • Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with channel partners, including referral arrangements and contracts.

  • Partner with Sales and Client Services to develop world-class solution narratives, case studies, and value propositions. Use these assets to capture a larger market share across key existing and potential clients. 

  • Represent TaskUs in multiple forums such as client meetings, pitches, external events, and seminars. 

  • Present complex ideas to senior client executives and external partners in a clear, simple, authoritative, and compelling manner. 

  • Deliver proposals and presentations to clients that highlight joint value proposition between TaskUs and partners

  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop joint marketing campaigns and sales enablement materials.

  • Proactively seek out upsell/expansion opportunities related to the partnerships by maintaining a deep and current knowledge of the partnership details and goals, regularly seeking opportunities to deepen relationships.

  • Monitor performance metrics, including revenue and gross margin targets, to ensure business objectives are achieved and exceeded.

  • Lead the overall solution development of partner technologies for TaskUs clients and develop the commercial models, value propositions and ROI for clients.  

Qualifications:

  • 6-8+ years of proven experience in channel partner management and business development, preferably in the BPO or technology industry (CRMs, CCaaS, etc).

  • Ability to think strategically and identify partnership opportunities that drive business growth.

  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work effectively with external partners.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

  • Understanding of sales and marketing principles and ability to develop go-to-market strategies.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across organizations.

  • An understanding of partner solutioning and what roles Partners can play to help solution, sell, and add software and SaaS products to services businesses

  • Experience creating business cases, financial models, and using data & analytics to evaluate impact of partnership solutions

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Revenue and profit generated through partnerships.

  • Number of joint sales opportunities and pipeline created.

  • Partner and client satisfaction and retention.
