Own Scan.com's commercial partnerships with digital health companies, managing partner relationships from contract through launch and expansion. Develop joint business plans, negotiate agreements, build enablement and co-selling playbooks, improve referral conversion, monitor revenue and margins, and lead business reviews. Coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Network, Operations, Legal, and Finance to activate referral pathways and deliver commercial growth. The role also requires building AI-powered automations and agentic workflows for team operations.

We're Scan.com. We're building America's national imaging network: the infrastructure that connects patients, providers, and payers to faster, better-value diagnostic imaging. Thousands of patients move through our platform every day, and each is a real person waiting for an answer to a healthcare concern. We exist to get them that answer faster.

We manage the medical imaging pathway end-to-end. Providers order through a single point of entry, and from there, we run the entire medical diagnostic pathway. Managing the full pathway, rather than brokering pieces of it, is what lets us deliver imaging faster, at higher quality, and at a lower cost than the fragmented status quo.

We're looking for a Head of Partnerships to help drive Scan.com's next stage.

WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE IN THIS ROLE:

You will own the commercial success of Scan.com's channel partnerships with digital health companies. You will build relationships across each partner's leadership, sales, product, and operations teams, turn agreements into working referral pathways, and grow the business they generate. Success means partners that want to work with us, patients who complete their imaging, and revenue that meets our commercial goals. You will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Network, and Operations to make that happen.

As a scaleup business, you can expect your role to develop over time. Here are some of the types of things you could be getting involved in:

  • Own a portfolio of digital health channel partners, with a joint business plan for each covering the customer need, commercial opportunity, launch milestones, responsibilities, and growth targets.

  • Qualify new channel opportunities and negotiate agreements with Legal and Finance, ensuring the economics, delivery commitments, data responsibilities, and route to market are workable.

  • Lead partners from contract to launch. Align referral workflows, integration needs, service expectations, operational owners, and launch readiness across both organizations.

  • Build a repeatable partner enablement playbook covering onboarding, account mapping, sales training, joint positioning, and co-selling. Turn successful approaches into materials and workflows that make subsequent partnerships faster to activate.

  • Increase pull-through by tracking the journey from activated partner accounts and referrals to scheduled appointments, completed scans, and collected revenue. Diagnose where demand is lost and coordinate fixes.

  • Maintain executive sponsorship and working-level relationships, run quarterly business reviews and regular pipeline reviews, and agree corrective actions when partner engagement, satisfaction, or commercial results fall short.

  • Own partner retention and expansion, building cases for new customers, geographies, modalities, or workflows where demand and delivery economics support them.

  • Maintain disciplined forecasts and partner reporting, separating potential reach, activated customers, actual referrals, completed scans, revenue, and margin. Feed delivery and product priorities back into the business.

WHAT YOU MIGHT BRING TO THE TABLE:

You don't need to tick all the boxes to apply for this role. We believe everyone can add value, learn, and grow. These are some of the experiences and capabilities that would help you succeed:

  • Experience owning commercial partnerships or strategic accounts in digital health, healthcare services, or a closely related sector.

  • Evidence of growing revenue after a partnership is signed, including activating partner sales teams, managing co-sell opportunities, improving referral conversion, and building repeatable playbooks across multiple partners.

  • Confidence negotiating commercial terms and understanding pricing, referral economics, revenue forecasts, and contribution margin.

  • Translate partner needs into clear workflows and product requirements, and work effectively with technical and operational teams.

  • Strong relationship management and judgment when partner requests compete with capacity, economics, or delivery commitments.

  • A hands-on approach to account planning, problem solving, business reviews, and accurate reporting.

AI REQUIREMENTS

At Scan.com, AI isn't a side project; it's how we work. For a member of this team, that means using AI daily to draft, check, and move faster. For the person leading this team, the bar is higher: you're expected to see where AI and agentic tooling can restructure the work itself, not just speed up your own tasks.

Tier 3 — AI-Building

You use AI daily in your own work, and you actively identify and help build automations or agentic workflows that change how your team operates — not just personal productivity gains. You know how to evaluate whether an AI-driven process is safe and reliable enough for sensitive patient data before rolling it out to the team.

A VIEW ON OUR CULTURE

We're building something that matters. Every scan we speed up is a real person waiting on an answer, and that urgency runs through everything we do. We move fast, own outcomes, and take pride in our output. If you like ambiguity, working with ambitious people, and want your work to visibly move the needle, you'll feel at home here. For you to be successful at Scan.com, you must embody our values.

HOW WE WILL INTERVIEW YOU

We keep our interview process focused. The order of the stages may change depending on team availability:

  1. A 30-minute introductory phone call with a member of our Talent Team.

  2. A 45-minute video call with the hiring manager to explore the role and your relevant experience.

  3. A Scan Standard interview covering our values, the success factors for this role, and how you use AI. We may discuss a practical scenario relevant to the work.

  4. Meet the founders and/or other team members.

  5. Offer!

WHAT WE OFFER
  • Base salary of $200,000, with commission structure

  • Equity

  • Flexible remote or hybrid work options

  • Dedicated personal development budget

  • Medical, vision, and dental coverage

  • 28+ days of paid time off across PTO and wellbeing days

  • Paid parental leave

  • 401k retirement plan

  • All the equipment you need to do your best work

  • Inclusive policies designed by our team, for our team
