Who We Are
Gravity aligns sustainability with business impact using the only integrated carbon and energy management platform in the business. Fortune 500s, global energy majors, and leading financial institutions use our technology – which received the top scores across competitors in the most recent Verdantix analysis – to comply with climate disclosure requirements and save millions in energy costs.
Business is booming, we're well-funded, and our product is built on a technical foundation that lets us automate where others can't while identifying and implementing cost- and emissions-reduction projects. Gravity has quickly grown market share in carbon management while creating new business lines beyond mere reporting.
The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Head of Marketing to architect and scale Gravity’s growth engine.
This leader will own the full marketing strategy — brand, demand generation, product marketing, events, and pipeline creation — with a clear mandate: build a durable, repeatable engine that delivers measurable business impact.
The right candidate knows how to balance long-term brand with near-term pipeline generation. They can define clear content themes and messaging pillars that anchor every campaign, while ensuring disciplined execution across channels. They understand how to operate both brand awareness and demand creation motions in parallel.
You will bring structure, rigor, and clarity to our go-to-market strategy while shaping how Gravity shows up in a rapidly evolving climate and energy market.
This role requires both strategic depth and operational excellence. You should be equally comfortable defining category narrative, analyzing funnel performance, and driving campaign execution. You will influence company direction, culture, and ensure Marketing is a true growth lever for the business.
Core Responsibilities
Narrative & Content Architecture
Define Gravity’s enduring content pillars — the core themes that shape campaigns, product narratives, industry positioning, and executive communications.
Establish and maintain centralized messaging frameworks across segments and personas.
Translate complex climate and energy workflows into clear, differentiated positioning.
Ensure every campaign and launch ladders back to consistent narrative themes.
Build and scale a repeatable content engine across formats: ads, blogs, case studies, white papers, webpages, email campaigns, one-pagers, events, and executive content.
Own the content calendar and publishing cadence across awareness, consideration, conversion, and expansion stages.
Launch & Go-to-Market Excellence
Develop and execute high-impact go-to-market plans for product launches and updates.
Create coordinated, cross-channel campaigns designed for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise buying groups.
Ensure launches are theme-driven, measurable, and operationally tight
Performance, Pipeline & Measurable Output
Own clear marketing output targets: qualified leads, marketing-sourced opportunities, campaign-driven pipeline, and funnel conversion improvement.
Build programs with defined success metrics
Ensure consistent reporting with full visibility into lead volume, opportunity creation, conversion, and campaign ROI.
Drive consistent lead flow across inbound, paid, events, and account-based initiatives.
Continuously optimize for higher-quality opportunities and improved funnel efficiency.
Velocity, Experimentation & Execution Discipline
Create a culture where experimentation is celebrated and measured.
Launch campaigns quickly, test rapidly, and iterate based on performance data.
Run structured experiments across messaging, creative, channels, and audience segments.
Set clear monthly and quarterly output goals and hold the team accountable to delivery.
Operate with urgency and focus
Marketing Leadership & Infrastructure
Manage a high-performing marketing team grounded in clarity, creativity, and disciplined execution.
Establish operating cadence, campaign planning cycles, and cross-functional alignment rhythms.
Partner closely with Sales, Product, Climate Strategy, and Revenue Operations to ensure shared definitions and performance visibility.
Implement systems and infrastructure that allow marketing to scale efficiently.
Instill a mindset of ownership, iteration, and continuous improvement across the function.
This role is for a builder - someone who can define enduring narrative pillars while simultaneously driving measurable marketing outputs. A leader who pairs clarity of message with velocity of execution, and who thrives in enterprise SaaS environments where complexity demands both structure and agility.
