The U.S. mortgage market is a $14 trillion pillar of the economy — and much of it still runs on fax machines, overnight shipping, and manual workflows. Snapdocs is changing that. Our platform currently powers 20% of all real estate closings in the country, and we’re just getting started.

We design workflow software and AI-driven automation that connects lenders, settlement teams, notaries, and investors — eliminating friction, reducing risk, and delivering a faster, simpler closing for every borrower. Our customers range from the largest mortgage lenders to independent title companies. They trust us because we solve real operational pain with empathy, rigor, and reliability.

We’re backed by Sequoia, Y Combinator, and F-Prime, and we’re building for the long term.

As the Head of Marketing at Snapdocs, you will own the full marketing function and build the strategies that fuel our growth and market leadership. You will lead teams across demand generation, product marketing, corporate marketing, field marketing & ABM, and design to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue impact.

This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role. Reporting to the VP of Product & Marketing, you will partner closely with executive leadership, sales, product, and customer success to ensure our story resonates with the market, our demand engine drives results, and our brand stands out as the category leader.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the evaluation and evolution of Snapdocs’ go-to-market strategy, ensuring it continues to drive company goals and market leadership.
  • Lead and mentor a team spanning demand generation, field marketing & ABM, corporate marketing, product marketing, and design, balancing strategic direction with hands-on execution.
  • Partner with senior leadership to define strategic marketing objectives and deliver measurable results. Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure go-to-market alignment and execution.
  • Deliver consistent and effective messaging, positioning, and storytelling across all channels.
  • Build and optimize demand generation, field events, and ABM programs that increase awareness and accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Develop compelling content and thought leadership that resonates with customers, prospects, and industry stakeholders.
  • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to increase efficiency, creativity, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Use data to measure performance, optimize investments, and inform decision-making.
  • Maintain strong brand and design standards while ensuring marketing scales with company growth.

First Project/Priority:

  • Define and roll out Snapdocs’ integrated marketing strategy to deliver bookings and revenue results. Establish metrics and frameworks to measure impact and guide investment across the marketing organization.

Education/Qualification & Experience

  • 12+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with progressive leadership responsibility.
  • Proven success managing multi-functional marketing teams.
  • Experience building and scaling enterprise GTM programs in a vertical market; fintech or real estate industry experience a plus.
  • Experience in product marketing or management consulting preferred.

Knowledge/Skills

  • Strategic thinker with strong content development and storytelling skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong ability to measure ROI and optimize programs.
  • Obsessed with driving revenue results with experience working closely with sales teams to drive coordinated marketing and sales tactics
  • Passionate about leveraging AI to accelerate high quality marketing execution.
  • Excellent communicator and influencer across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into simple, compelling messaging.
  • Proven success building brand presence, demand generation, and ABM engines.
  • Highly collaborative, adaptable, and team-oriented leader. Comfortable “rolling up your sleeves” to get things done and leading the team to scale.
  • Self-starter with curiosity and passion for Snapdocs’ vision and market opportunity.

Compensation:

If you are located in the SF Bay Area, NYC, or Seattle Metro area, the base salary range for this role is $196,000 - 245,000. For all other locations, the base salary range is $171,500 - 214,500
