We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to own and lead go-to-market—everything from strategy to execution. This role is both strategic and hands-on. You'll be the first full-time marketing hire, working directly with the CEO.
What You’ll DoOwn marketing strategy end-to-end across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments
Define and evolve core positioning & messaging that differentiates Dakota and resonates with our audience
Shape and grow our brand: from visual identity to thought leadership presence
Launch a content & thought leadership engine including customer stories, industry insights, newsletters, and product updates.
Build predictable lead generation programs to deliver a steady pipeline of qualified prospects.
Partner with product and sales to create GTM playbooks, onboarding flows, and upsell campaigns
Drive partnerships marketing to extend reach through co-marketing and ecosystem relationships
Establish marketing KPIs, track performance, and optimize campaigns for impact
A strategic operator with 8+ years of experience in B2B or fintech marketing
You’ve built marketing programs from 0 to 1 (or 1 to 10) and know what good execution looks like
Comfortable switching between positioning, partnerships, and campaign management
Clear, crisp communicator—especially in writing
Bonus: experience with crypto, banking-as-a-service, or working with startup/VC ecosystems
