What You Will Accomplish:

  • Build a Scalable Marketing Engine – Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that positions Eve as the leading AI solution for plaintiff attorneys.
  • Drive Demand and Revenue Growth – Own demand generation efforts, optimizing multi-channel campaigns to drive inbound pipeline and accelerate sales.
  • Strengthen Brand Positioning – Establish Eve’s thought leadership through high-impact content, messaging, PR, and strategic partnerships.
  • Align Marketing with Business Objectives – Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure marketing efforts directly contribute to revenue and client success.
  • Optimize Performance Metrics – Set and track key marketing KPIs, continuously refining strategy based on data-driven insights.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Strategic Thinker – Ability to craft and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable impact.
  • Growth-Oriented – Demonstrated ability to scale marketing functions in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Storytelling and Messaging Expertise – Strong background in positioning and content strategy, with the ability to distill complex ideas into compelling narrative.
  • Analytical and Data-Driven – Comfortable using marketing analytics and performance metrics to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership – Experience working closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution.

You Will Thrive in This Role If You Have:

  • A strong background in B2B SaaS Product Marketing (5+ years for Director, 8+ years for Sr. Director).
  • Experience in high-growth startups, ideally in legal tech, AI, or data-driven enterprise products.
  • A passion for storytelling and positioning a brand as an industry leader.
  • The ability to blend creativity with data, balancing strategic vision with execution.
  • A founder’s mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and resourceful in problem-solving
  • A strong ability to prioritize and execute, managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • A track record of hiring, developing, and leading a high-performing marketing team.
