We’re hiring a Head of Marketing Strategy to define, lead, and execute our global marketing vision. This is a high-impact role focused on brand positioning, strategic messaging, content excellence, and cross-channel marketing initiatives. You’ll help shape the voice of the company, craft inspiring narratives, and ensure that everything we produce is aligned with our mission, values, and uncompromising standards of quality.
What You’ll DoDevelop and Own Strategy: Design and execute a data-informed marketing strategy aligned with company goals across brand, product, and community.
Lead Content and Messaging: Create and oversee inspiring, thought-provoking content across web, social, email, and community platforms. Ensure tone, voice, and narrative consistency.
Build the Brand: Elevate our brand presence in the Web3 and cybersecurity landscape through strategic storytelling, partnerships, and campaign initiatives.
Manage Ambiguity: Thrive in a startup environment where priorities shift quickly, and your leadership helps create clarity and momentum.
Ensure Precision: Hold a high bar for detail and polish across all marketing assets, from a single tweet to a multi-channel launch campaign.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Business Development to align messaging and market efforts.
6+ years in strategic marketing roles, ideally in high-growth tech, cybersecurity, or crypto/web3 environments.
Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, with a portfolio of compelling content.
Deep understanding of brand building and audience engagement in a technical and decentralized ecosystem.
Impeccable attention to detail — you’re the kind of person who notices a typo from a mile away.
Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced setting.
Experience leading a marketing function or managing and growing a small team is a plus.
Background in cybersecurity or blockchain security.
Familiarity with developer audiences and technical content.
Experience launching products or campaigns in early-stage startups.
