What you'll do

  • Lead all legal matters across Capchase’s global operations, including corporate, regulatory, commercial, and transactional work.

  • Partner with our Capital Markets and Finance teams to structure, negotiate, and execute debt facilities and structured finance transactions.

  • Own the legal aspects of financial product development, including documentation, compliance, and risk assessment.

  • Support the go-to-market team with customer agreements and financing documents.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on legal, regulatory, and strategic matters.

  • JD from a top law school and license to practice in the United States.

Bonus points if you

  • Have worked at a fintech startup or high-growth company.

  • Have experience managing cross-border legal matters.

  • Are passionate about building from 0 to 1 and scaling systems for long-term growth.

Why join Capchase?

  • Work on impactful challenges with a world-class team.

  • Remote-first culture with local hubs in NYC and Madrid.

  • Competitive compensation, including equity.

  • Opportunity to shape the future of fintech and capital markets.
