About the Role
Wyllo is hiring a Head of Growth to own qualified pipeline generation end-to-end. This is not your traditional demand generation role. This person will architect, operate, and scale the systems that drive pipeline and growth across the business.
This is a hands-on builder/operator role combining growth strategy, creativity, systems thinking, and executional ownership. The right candidate thinks holistically about growth across marketing, sales, partnerships, customer success, and product. They know how to build repeatable growth systems, launch high-quality programs quickly, and drive measurable pipeline impact without sacrificing quality or efficiency. They have strong commercial instincts, creative judgment, and a high bar for execution. AI-native workflows, automation, and modern GTM tooling are core to how they operate.
First, you architect.
You map every motion that produces pipeline at Wyllo today across outbound, content, community and events, partnerships, product, and customer success. You establish clear measurement, identify where leverage exists, how motions connect into programs, and create visibility into what is actually driving qualified pipeline.
Then, you orchestrate.
You build a cohesive growth operating system across marketing, sales, product, partnerships, and customer success. Programs reinforce each other instead of operating in silos. Pipeline generation becomes measurable, repeatable, scalable, and materially more effective.
Then, you compound.
Once the foundation is working, you increase execution velocity through AI-native workflows, rapid experimentation, and modern GTM tooling. You launch and iterate on growth programs quickly, identify winning motions early and scale what works. Over time, you help Wyllo develop product-led growth experiences and lightweight tools that create meaningful pipeline and strengthen market differentiation.
Your job is not to run campaigns. Your job is to own the pipeline number and build the system that makes it compound.
You will
- Own the pipeline number and the system that produces it, including how pipeline is generated, measured, orchestrated across the business, and improved over time
- Run a continuous experimentation system with clear hypotheses, rapid launches, instrumented measurement, and fast keep-or-kill decisions based on data
- Drive significant increases in qualified pipeline contribution while improving GTM efficiency, conversion quality, and sales throughput
- Identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels, growth motions, ecosystem opportunities, and product-led growth experiences
- Build and ship with minimal dependencies across copy, landing pages, automation, reporting, experimentation, and AI-native workflows
- Partner cross-functionally across marketing, sales, product, partnerships, and customer success to ensure growth programs reinforce broader company strategy and operate cohesively
- Build reporting and forecasting systems that create visibility into growth performance, channel effectiveness, and pipeline quality
You have
- A hybrid builder/operator background with experience across growth strategy, execution, systems, and operations. You are comfortable briefing the campaign, shipping the landing page, pulling the data, and measuring the outcome yourself.
- A track record of owning pipeline or revenue growth outcomes directly, with strong experimentation instincts and the ability to make fast, data-informed decisions about what to scale, optimize, or kill.
- Strong systems thinking and the ability to connect channels, lifecycle stages, messaging, operational metrics, and GTM motions into a cohesive growth strategy.
- High fluency with AI-native workflows, automation, and modern GTM tooling. AI is foundational to how you operate, helping you move quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Strong creative instincts, excellent taste, and great judgment. You hold a high bar on quality, understand how to bring stories and messaging to life in engaging ways and think deeply about the connected, end to end experience.
- You know what great program design looks like and you are comfortable using data to drive decisions, derive insights, and manage performance.
- Comfort operating in lean, high-ownership startup environments with ambiguity, limited resources, and a high bar for execution and communication.
