How You Fit In

We’re looking for a Head of Growth to drive the next phase of our brand and marketing strategy. This role is critical to scaling our direct-to-consumer presence beyond organic growth and professionalizing our approach to brand positioning, paid media, and lifecycle marketing. You’ll be the bridge between strategy and execution—working closely with consultants, our clinical and operations teams, and creative contractors to ensure our growth engine is innovative, measurable, and sustainable.

What You’ll Lead
  • Growth Strategy: Build and own the overarching marketing and growth strategy, including go-to-market plans and brand positioning.
  • Performance Marketing: Lead paid media efforts across Meta and Google Ads, ensuring strong ROI and creative testing.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Create dashboards and reports to track campaign effectiveness, consumer acquisition, and lifecycle engagement.
  • Brand Development: Strengthen our brand identity and messaging to position us as a market leader.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Own email marketing, newsletters, SEO, and CRM-driven campaigns to nurture and retain customers.
  • Project Leadership: Manage contractors (graphic designer, website designer/builder, paid ads consultant, and social media manager), ensuring alignment and delivery of results.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with the product and engineering teams on onboarding flows and customer experience insights.
What You’ll BringMust-Have Skills & Experience
  • Proven success in direct-to-consumer growth at an early-stage company.
  • Deep experience with Meta and Google Ads, analytics, and creative strategy for paid campaigns.
  • Data-driven approach: ability to interpret campaign results and translate insights into actionable strategy.
  • Solid foundation across multiple growth channels (social, content, paid, lifecycle) and ability to identify what’s working and what’s not.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, lifecycle marketing, and email marketing.
  • Experience managing marketing contractors and vendors.
  • Expertise in brand development and go-to-market strategy.
  • Hands-on project management skills to keep multiple initiatives on track.
Nice-to-Have Experience
  • Background in health, wellness, fitness, or healthcare industries.
  • Exposure to B2B growth strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.

What Success Looks Like

In Your First Month You’ll
  • Understand current marketing channels, campaigns, and customer journey.
  • Assess current strengths and weaknesses across marketing channels and translate that into a focused 90-day growth plan.
  • Build strong relationships with the team and contractors.
By Three Months You’ll
  • Launch new, creative paid ad campaigns across Meta and Google.
  • Deliver a marketing dashboard with key analytics and insights.
  • Double to triple the number of new customers compared to the current  baseline.
  • Establish repeatable processes for email, SEO, and lifecycle marketing.
By Six Months You’ll
  • Achieve 5–7x growth in customer base from baseline.
  • Refine brand positioning and messaging for stronger market presence.
  • Develop efficient, scalable marketing workflows.
  • Share a vision for how the marketing function should evolve as the company grows.
By One Year You’ll 
  • Position Revero as a recognized leader in digital health and chronic disease reversal.
  • Execute go-to-market campaigns that consistently meet growth goals.
  • Build a high-functioning marketing team (in-house + contractors) aligned around strategy.
  • Deliver sustainable, repeatable systems for long-term growth
  • Achieve 8–10x growth in customer base from baseline.
