This role is accountable for the safe operation, governance, adoption, and value realization of an evolving platform that supports employee productivity at enterprise scale and operates under heightened security, regulatory, and compliance expectations. You will provide single-point ownership for ChatGPT Enterprise, ensuring stable operations and controlled rollout of new capabilities. This ownership will also ensure agreement on Experian's risk, legal, and security standards, and prevent fragmented accountability as workplace GenAI capabilities grow.

You will report to the SVP of Experian Digital Workplace. This is a remote position. There will be some travel to Experian offices expected.

You'll have opportunity to:

  • Be the global platform owner for ChatGPT Enterprise, with end-to-end accountability for platform operations, configuration, and ongoing management.
  • Manage the release cycle of OpenAI capabilities, including evaluation, governance review, rollout decisions, and coordination of testing and readiness.
  • Partner with Legal, Privacy, Risk, and Information Security to ensure responsible use, regulated-data controls, access standards, and audit readiness.
  • Oversee phased rollout and adoption of ChatGPT Enterprise across regions and departments, ensuring standards and controlled scaling.
  • Define success metrics and track adoption, usage, and productivity outcomes; report platform performance and value realization to senior leadership.
  • Be the primary point of accountability for vendor and SI handoff, ensuring a sustainable long-term operating model post-implementation.
  • Provide ongoing ownership for workplace GenAI tools to avoid duplication, fragmentation, or inconsistent governance as new capabilities are introduced.
  • Coordinate with Digital Workplace, Identity, Security, and Service Management teams to ensure seamless integration and operational support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar.
  • 15+ years work experience in Engineering, Architecture or Platform Ownership.
  • 8+ years in leadership roles, with global teams or scope of work.
  • Experience owning and scaling enterprise platforms or products globally, including both delivery and adoption accountability.
  • Hands on experience delivering customer GPTs, Agents, or enterprise AI solutions.
  • Experience defining and executing GenAI strategy at scale, including multi-persona use cases and driving adoption.
  • Experience assessing and advising technology decisions, capabilities and roadmaps for a global or multi-regional organization.
  • Experience representing platforms in front of senior and C-suite leadership teams and influencing strategy across business lines.
  • Experience with governance, security, legal and privacy for AI in enterprise environments.
