Our secure, web-based and AI-powered solutions help companies around the world collaborate smarter, serve customers better, and grow stronger — and we want you to help shape what’s next.

About Us…

In 2005, brothers Dimitri and Steve Osler set out to reimagine how businesses communicate, and that vision became Wildix. Today, from our headquarters in Tallinn, Estonia, Wildix is one of the world’s fastest-growing UCaaS companies, with 300+ team members from 15+ nationalities, working across Europe, the UK, the Americas, and beyond.

We serve businesses in 135+ countries through a partner-first ecosystem, delivering secure, intuitive solutions that keep companies connected, productive, and ready for what’s next.

At Wildix, we don’t just build technology, we live it. As a remote-first company, we rely on our own platform every day to collaborate globally and innovate fast. With steady growth and a strong foundation, we offer real opportunities to advance your career while making an impact in a global team shaping the future of work.

Our mission: Empower companies worldwide with seamless communication solutions that drive productivity, efficiency, and growth.

About The Role…

We are looking for a Head of Global Partner Programs & Success to design, scale, and operate Wildix’s global partner ecosystem. This is a strategic, revenue-impacting leadership role with ownership of partner programs, incentives, enablement, operations, and performance, spanning agency partners, master agents, and Technology Service Distributors (TSDs).

Reporting to the VP, New Business, this role sits at the intersection of revenue, operations, and partner experience. You will ensure partners ramp faster, close more deals, and contribute predictably to global MRR targets — while positioning Wildix as a top-tier vendor within distributor and partner communities worldwide.

What You Will Do…

  • Global TSD Strategy & Management: Lead the global TSD strategy across key markets, building and managing high-impact distributor partnerships, driving revenue growth, and optimizing pipeline and partner performance.
  • Partner Success & Revenue Acceleration: Accelerate partner-led revenue by aligning joint business plans, enabling co-selling, positioning partners as trusted advisors, and tracking KPIs to maximize pipeline, conversion, and MRR.
  • Sales Enablement & Partner Experience: Oversee global partner enablement programs, including onboarding, training, and certifications, ensuring partners have the tools, resources, and support to succeed.
  • Partner Programs & Incentives: Design and manage partner programs, tiered benefits, and incentive structures, including commissions, to drive engagement, ROI, and measurable growth.
  • Operations & Infrastructure: Streamline partner operations, remove roadblocks, optimize workflows, and drive adoption of partner portals and rules of engagement for consistent global execution.
  • Analytics, Reporting & Strategic Insights: Monitor partner performance, pipeline, and market trends, translating insights into actionable strategies to expand partnerships, prevent churn, and support growth.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Align partner initiatives with Sales, Marketing, IT, Product, and Customer Success, leading system and process improvements to ensure strategic execution and global visibility.

What You Will Bring…

  • 10+ years of experience in partner success, channel operations, or channel leadership
  • Proven experience working with Technology Service Distributors (TSDs), master agents, or global channel ecosystems
  • Strong background in UCaaS, SaaS, or fast-growth B2B technology environments
  • Demonstrated success driving partner-led revenue and MRR growth
  • Experience negotiating and managing partner and distributor contracts
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce and partner technology stacks
  • Strong executive-level communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly analytical mindset with a passion for program optimization and scalable growth
  • Ability to lead globally, prioritize effectively, and influence cross-functional stakeholders
