Following a high-growth Series A led by General Catalyst, we have evolved from a clinic management tool into the definitive agentic platform for ABA practice ownership. We are looking for a powerhouse Head of Finance to lead our next capital raise, architect our financial engine, and drive the expansion of our AI-driven ecosystem.
About Finni HealthFinni Health is revolutionizing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) by providing the first agentic platform that empowers providers to own, operate, and scale their practices with unprecedented efficiency. We aren't just improving clinics; we are rebuilding the backbone of healthcare delivery through intelligent automation. With Series B on the horizon, we are ready to redefine the market.
The Role: Fundraiser & Strategic ArchitectAs Head of Finance, you will be the primary architect of our financial narrative. We need a leader who is as comfortable in the "war room" of a Series B fundraise as they are optimizing the unit economics of an agentic healthcare model. You will bridge the gap between high-level capital strategy and the granular operational discipline required to scale a category-defining platform.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Series B & Beyond: Partner with the CEO to drive the fundraising process, craft the investment narrative, and manage due diligence with top-tier VCs.
Architect Agentic Economics: Develop financial models that reflect our shift to an agentic platform, focusing on high-margin scalability and AI-driven operational leverage.
Strategic FP&A: Lead all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Transition us from "high growth" to "efficient scale."
Board & Investor Relations: Own the Budget vs. Actual (BVA) reporting and maintain high-trust relationships with General Catalyst and future Series B partners.
Optimize Accounts Receivable: Oversee complex AR tracking and revenue cycle management (RCM) unique to the healthcare/ABA space.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure our "agentic" features translate into measurable financial outcomes.
6+ years of elite finance experience: You’ve likely spent time in high-growth SaaS, Fintech, or Healthtech, and you have seen what "Series B to Series D" looks like.
Fundraising Pedigree: Proven experience supporting or leading successful venture capital raises. You know how to talk to investors and close deals.
Strategic Commercial Intuition: You can identify risk and value drivers in complex transactions and healthcare reimbursement models.
Analytical Rigor: You are a master of data-driven storytelling. You don't just report numbers; you provide insights that shift strategy.
Agentic Mindset: You thrive in fast-paced environments and are excited by the prospect of using AI and automation to disrupt traditional healthcare overhead.
Salary Range: $180,000 - $220,000 USD + Significant Equity Stake (commensurate with Series B leadership).
Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision; short/long-term disability; 401(k).
Impact: This is a "founding-level" leadership opportunity to shape the financial DNA of a company redefining healthcare ownership.
Finni Health is at a literal inflection point. We have the backing, the technology, and the momentum. We now need the financial visionary to help us capture the market.
