Lead a team of data professionals, enhance data infrastructure, shape analytical strategy, and drive data initiatives across the organization.
Working at Atlassian
Atlassians can choose where they work - whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.
What we're looking for
Atlassian has been on an evolution over the last three years to better leverage data in our decision-making. That includes a transformative company-wide mission to standardize business definitions, processes, and rituals across enterprise GTM, finance, and R&D. The Sales Strategy and Analytics team at Atlassian is looking for an experienced leader to join the team as the Head of Data Analytics. Your role will involve managing and leading a team of Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers to build data product solutions that power critical business decisions, analyses, and sales strategies across Atlassian. As a strategic thinker and problem solver, you will define the analytical direction, enhance our data infrastructure, and drive alignment across departments via development and process optimization.
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones.
