  • Security & Compliance: Ensure all platforms meet the highest standards for cybersecurity, data privacy (GDPR/CCPA), and regulatory compliance.

  • Resiliency: Develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery strategies for all mission-critical corporate platforms.
    Team Building & Growth

  • Talent Acquisition: Recruit, mentor, and retain a world-class team of product managers, engineers, and systems analysts.

  • Budgetary Stewardship: Manage the department P&L, including software licensing, vendor negotiations, and resource allocation to maximize ROI.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Leadership: 10+ years of IT experience, with 7+ years in software engineering and at least 3 years in a senior leadership role (Director or Head-of level).
  • ERP Expertise: Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP implementations within a manufacturing or complex logistics environment.
  • Cloud Native: Deep experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and modern SaaS integration patterns.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to bridge the gap between technical execution and executive-level business strategy.
  • Visionary strategic thinker able to navigate rapidly evolving global energy storage markets.
  • The "Startup" Mindset: Experience building teams and systems from scratch within a larger corporate parent.
  • Product Expertise: Deep knowledge of the "Product-over-Project" mindset in an enterprise context.
