The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

• NJ: $185,000- $242,550
Sales Incentive Plan : Your pay also includes the opportunity for sales incentives as a part of Ericsson's Sales Incentive Plan. Actual payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual incentive target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Ericsson offers excellent health benefits including the choice of three medical plan options and a dental plan option that allow an employee to select the level of coverage that suits their needs. Employees will receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost that Ericsson pays toward the cost of their medical and dental premiums for themselves and eligible covered dependents.

We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. The Ericsson US 401(k) Plan offers an automatic 3% company contribution and Ericsson match $1 for every $1 you put into the 401(k) Plan on the first 3% of your eligible pay, plus 50 cents on every $1 on the next 2% of eligible pay. - Manage cross-domain teams and ecosystem partners to deliver integrated, end-to-end network solutions tailored for the customer's architecture.
- Lead performance evaluations, feature improvements, and operational excellence initiatives across Ericsson's Networks portfolio deployed within the customer's network.
- Build and develop a high-performing team, fostering strong collaboration with Sales, Product Management, Domains, Program Office, and ecosystem partners.
- Provide thought leadership by sharing business insights, industry trends, and technological advancements to drive Ericsson's Networks business growth.
The skills you bring:
- BS Degree in Engineering (IT, Telecom, Computer Science) required; MS preferred. MBA or equivalent business qualifications desirable.
- 10+ years of ICT industry experience, including leadership roles involving portfolio strategy, technical sales, product management, or consulting.
- Strong experience leading large, complex technical teams and projects in a multi-domain network environment across Core Networks, OSS, and BSS.
- Deep knowledge of end-to-end network technologies, with emphasis on 5G Core, Cloud Native architectures, OSS/BSS systems, and Network Management.
- Competence in AI technologies preferred.
- Proven ability to align technical roadmaps with customer business objectives and commercial strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging executive stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in building and developing high-performing, distributed teams.
- Strong understanding of CSP processes, entry/exit criteria, and operational requirements for large-scale network deployments.
- A holistic vision across all network domains and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Deep curiosity and excellent listening skills to understand customer challenges and proactively develop tailored solutions.
