3Commas is hiring a Head of Content to lead and scale our global content strategy, drive user acquisition, and position us as a leading authority in crypto trading automation. You’ll build high-impact, scalable content across SEO, blog, YouTube, email, PR, and community channels. In this senior role, you’ll oversee end-to-end content operations, launch educational initiatives, and manage a global team—while tailoring content for core markets, especially the US.
Key Responsibilities:- User Acquisition & Thought Leadership
Develop and localize content strategies that attract and convert new users, establishing 3Commas as a trusted voice in crypto automation. - Content Production Management
Lead full-cycle content creation—from research and scripting to design and distribution—across diverse formats including tutorials, news, case studies, and promotional media. - Education & Curriculum
Launch and manage the 3Commas educational platform. Define curriculum structure, produce multi-level learning materials, and adapt content for beginners, advanced users, and API traders. - Team Leadership & Collaboration
Manage a distributed team of writers, editors, designers, and video producers. Coordinate with SEO, product, CX, and performance marketing to ensure consistent, high-quality output. - Performance & Innovation
Define and track key metrics (traffic, reach, user growth). Scale distribution via SEO, email, YouTube, and partners. Test and implement new formats like podcasts, AMAs, and multilingual content.
- 5+ years in content marketing or editorial leadership (B2C tech, SaaS, fintech, or crypto).
- Proven success in developing user acquisition content strategies, especially for US markets.
- Strong hands-on experience with editorial workflows, production tools (Notion, Trello, Airtable), and diverse content formats.
- Experience creating structured educational programs (courses, tutorials, onboarding) and simplifying technical topics.
- Skilled in cross-functional team management and aligning content with business goals.
- Data-driven mindset with knowledge of analytics and performance tools (GA, Ahrefs, YouTube Studio, CRM platforms).
- Native or near-native English proficiency with strong writing/editing capabilities.
- Experience creating brand tone-of-voice and content guidelines.
