Train internal teams on financial literacy, budget management, and best practices for scope discipline.
Minimum Qualifications
8–10+ years of finance experience within a large or global advertising, media, or digital agency. Proven track record managing AR/AP, forecasting, and financial operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Experience working with accounting and HRIS systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Deltek, BambooHR, Gusto, or similar.
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, financial modeling, and data visualization tools.
Demonstrated ability to partner with cross‑functional teams and influence decision‑making.
Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and process discipline.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear insights for non‑finance stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
Core Competencies:

Analytical rigor: Applies deep quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and data interpretation to surface insights, identify trends, and drive sound decision‑making.
Agency acumen: Understands agency economics, pricing structures, scopes, utilization, and client profitability, and uses that knowledge to influence operational and financial outcomes.
Cross‑functional collaboration:  Works seamlessly with Accounting, HR, SAMs, PLs, and leadership to align financial strategy with staffing, delivery, and organizational priorities.
Communication and influence: Translates complex financial information into clear, actionable guidance and effectively influences stakeholders at all levels to drive alignment and accountability.
