We are seeking a Head of Brand & Creative Services to lead brand transformation for our EverHealth vertical. The Head of Brand and Creative Services, reporting to the VP of Marketing, is a marketing leader responsible for defining, evolving, and activating the EverHealth portfolio of brands across channels and experiences. This role leads the strategy, design, and storytelling that build trust and differentiation. The ideal candidate combines strategic brand thinking, creative direction, and operational excellence to elevate our EverHealth brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Lead highly performing Creative Services team including Content, Web Dev and Visual Design, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation.

  • Manage agency relationships, creative budgets, and project timelines.

  • Serve as EverHealth brand ambassador, owning the development and maintenance of visual and verbal identity, ensuring consistency across channels and functional teams.

  • Establish operational framework for creative services execution designed to drive scalable production.

Brand Strategy

  • Drive brand vision, positioning and messaging across EverHealth portfolio to ensure market consistency.

  • Build foundation to increase awareness, enhance EverHealth and sub brand identities, and nurture positive brand sentiment among target ICP audiences.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand product portfolio and healthcare industry to inform multi-stage brand transformation roadmap.

  • Identify and collaborate with strategic brand partners to amplify brand messages, media coverage and thought leadership, ensuring brand narrative reaches ICP audiences.

Creative Direction and Execution

  • Lead concept development and creative execution across marketing channels including campaigns, content, website, event materials and video.

  • Ensure cohesive visual and verbal identity across EverHealth creative assets in alignment with brand guidelines.

  • Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to develop integrated campaigns that follow brand & creative strategies to support business objectives.

Innovation and Thought Leadership

  • Monitor emerging industry trends and market shifts to identify new opportunities for innovation and differentiation across visual and verbal identity.

  • Stay ahead of evolving brand, creative, content and design trends including AI to ensure the company’s visual identity, messaging and campaigns remain relevant and resonate with target audiences.

  • Conduct competitive brand analysis and leverage industry insights to inform brand strategy, positioning, and creative direction.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate market trends and customer insights into actionable brand initiatives that drive engagement and growth.

Performance Analysis

  • Develop framework to track, analyze and inform the performance of brand campaigns and creative initiatives, leveraging data and insights to optimize future strategy.

Skills and Experience needed for success in this role: 

  • 8+ years brand and creative strategy experience including 3+ years in a leadership role

  • Strong visual and written portfolio demonstrating execution of successful creative programs

  • Deep understanding of brand strategy and multi-channel marketing principles

  • Experience in B2B technology, SaaS and/or healthcare industry experience a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly adept at cross functional collaboration and project management

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications or related field

Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $145,000 to $175,000 USD per year and a variable component included in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
