The HBM Quality Engineer will monitor product reliability, develop methodologies, and collaborate with teams on HBM products, focusing on quality assessment and risk evaluation.

Support reliability qualification and quality monitoring of High Bandwidth Memory products (HBM), develop product reliability methodologies, and respond to product deviations as they pertain to quality and reliability. Work with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure HBM product reliability methods are established and followed, perform risk assessments, and provide support for manufacturing teams regarding reliability issues. Gain new product knowledge on an ongoing basis as HBM technology evolves.
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related field.
Position requires:
1. DRAM operation and fabrication process;
2. DRAM wafer test, component test and module testing concept and flow;
3. Using statistical tools, unix and JMP;
4. DFII/Cadence, and/or ATE (Auto Test Equipment);
5. Debugging and troubleshooting;
6. Failure analysis.
