A small but high-performing and agile talent acquisition team managing current hiring needs while building the foundation for future growth. Each member plays a critical role in delivering a seamless process for both candidates and hiring managers.
About the Job:We are looking for a GTM Talent Partner who is excited to identify, engage, and help hire the best revenue talent in fintech. You will work directly with hiring managers and the Senior Talent Partner to scale our GTM org. This is a high-impact role with a clear path to growth, influence, and ownership as we continue to build a high-performing, distributed team.
Responsibilities:
- Source and attract top sales talent, with a focus on AEs and BDRs in high-growth SaaS environments.
- Partner directly with the Senior GTM Talent Partner and sales leaders to understand role requirements and define sourcing strategy.
- Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and job boards to build and manage diverse candidate pipelines.
- Research talent hotspots (companies, markets, and communities) to identify top performers and centers of excellence.
- Craft compelling outreach messaging and deliver a high-touch candidate experience.
- Maintain up-to-date records in our ATS (Greenhouse) and support scheduling, follow-ups, and reporting.
- Be a culture ambassador by ensuring alignment with SmartAsset’s values and hiring standards.
Skills/Experience you have:
- 3+ years of experience in high-volume talent acquisition, with a focus on sales or GTM roles
- Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proactive communicator and thoughtful problem-solver
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem)
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to communicate via video conferencing
- All roles at SmartAsset are currently and will remain remote - flexibility to work from anywhere in the Contiguous US.
