About NexHealth
Our healthcare system remains frustratingly analog. When you live in a world of one-tap car rides, instant meal delivery, and unlimited streaming, why do you still have to call to schedule a doctor’s appointment and fill out a clipboard in the waiting room?
NexHealth’s mission is to accelerate innovation in healthcare by connecting patients, providers, and developers. We’re building the infrastructure layer for modern healthcare, connecting thousands of fragmented, on-premise, and closed EHR systems into a single, modern platform that powers software, APIs, payments, and patient experiences across the ecosystem.
- Founded: 2017
- Headquarters: San Francisco, CA
- Funding: $177M Series C
- Employees: 200+
- Trusted by tens of thousands of providers and hundreds of health-tech developers — forging the infrastructure layer that modern healthcare needs
About the Role
As the Manager of GTM Systems & Tools, you will be the architect of our revenue technology stack. You will not just be an administrator; you will be a strategist who determines how our technology drives efficiency and revenue.
We are looking for an operational leader to own the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of our entire GTM tech stack. You will inherit a suite of tools that needs consolidation and strategic oversight. Your mandate is to build a "best-in-class" ecosystem that empowers our SaaS, API, and Marketplace teams to move faster and smarter.
What You’ll Own
- Audit & Optimize: conduct a comprehensive audit of our current toolset. Identify redundancies, shelfware, and integration gaps. You will lead the effort to consolidate tools to reduce spend and complexity.
- Architecture: Design a cohesive systems architecture where data flows seamlessly between Marketing (MAP), Sales (CRM), and Customer Success tools.
- Own the Relationships: You will be the primary point of contact for all GTM vendors.
- Evaluation & Selection: Lead the evaluation process for new technology. You will run rigorous A/B comparisons, pilot programs, and financial analyses to recommend "build vs. buy" or "replace vs. renew" decisions.
- Negotiation: Partner with Finance/Legal to manage renewals and negotiate favorable terms, ensuring we get maximum value for every dollar spent.
- Cross-Functional Deployment: You will project manage the rollout of new tools from technical setup to user adoption.
- Enablement Partnership: Work closely with the Sales Enablement Manager to ensure every tool launch is accompanied by proper training, documentation, and certification. A tool is only as good as its adoption.
- Integration: Oversee the technical integration of tools into our core CRM (Salesforce), ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- User Management: Manage provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based permissions across the stack.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all GTM tools meet our security standards and compliance requirements (SOC2, HIPAA, etc.).
How You Will Measure Success
- ROI & Budget Efficiency: Reduction in "cost per rep" on technology through consolidation and better negotiation.
- Tool Adoption: % of active users vs. licenses purchased for key platforms.
- Data Integrity: Reduction in data syncing errors between systems.
- Project Delivery: On-time and on-budget delivery of new tool implementations.
- Drive measurable improvements to lead-to-opportunity lifecycle, targeting a 5-10% increase in pipe creation and reduction in overall sales cycle time.
What We’re Looking For
- The Experience: 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Systems Administration in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- The Stack: Deep administrative experience with Salesforce (Admin cert preferred) and the modern GTM stack. Experience in additional tools like Hubspot, Intercom, Sales Engagement, or the like.
- The Evaluator: Proven experience running vendor evaluations. You can articulate why we should switch from Tool A to Tool B using data, not just feeling.
- Project Management: Strong ability to manage complex implementations involving multiple stakeholders (IT, Finance, Sales, Enablement).
- Technical Aptitude: You understand API integrations, data mapping, and workflow automation. You don't need to be a developer, but you need to know how systems talk to each other.
Bonus Points
- Experience consolidating duplicate instances of tools (e.g., M&A integration).
- Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) tools.
- Experience in Healthtech or Fintech environments.
Compensation
Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just the base salary component of NexHealth’s total compensation package for employees. Other benefits may include stock options, an unlimited paid time off policy, and up to 100% coverage on medical, vision and dental insurance.
Benefits
- Full Medical, Dental, and Vision (up to 100% covered)
- 401K and commuter benefits
- Flexible PTO
- High-impact work that directly improves the healthcare experience for millions
Our Values
- Solve the customer’s problems, not yours
When making decisions, think from the perspective of the customer. It’s easy to make decisions that make our lives simpler, but not the customers. - Do the things others are not willing to do
As a Nexer, always go after the hardest problems. Pursue things at the highest quality. Move at the fastest pace. - Take ownership
Act like a founder. Own your roles, destinies, mistakes, behavior, and our mission. The buck stops with each of us - no blaming or excuses. - Say what’s on your mind, with positive intent
Be direct, proactive, transparent, and frequent in your communication. - Default trust
As a Nexer, you do not have to earn trust, trust is given to you by default. If we by default trust each other, our speed of communication, feedback, information sharing, and overall improvements will be a lot faster. - Think in first principles
We first identify the problem and then break it down to its fundamentals before diving into solutions. We constantly ask “why” to validate our assumptions.
We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, gender expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. We provide reasonable accommodation for individuals with disabilities to participate in the application or interview process. Contact [email protected] to request assistance.
