The Role

As the GTM Program Manager, you'll own the execution of our go-to-market initiatives across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Success. You'll ensure new capabilities move from concept to customer quickly while building the operational systems that allow Scout AI to scale. You thrive in ambiguity, drive clarity across cross-functional teams, and have an obsession with execution. You don't wait for perfect processes you build lightweight systems that help teams move faster.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of strategic GTM initiatives
  • Drive launch planning for new AI and robotics products
  • Coordinate Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations
  • Build launch plans, timelines, milestones, and executive reporting
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers before they impact delivery
  • Improve GTM processes while minimizing unnecessary overhead
  • Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives that accelerate revenue growth
  • Measure launch success through adoption, pipeline, customer engagement, and revenue metrics

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Program Management, GTM Program Management, Business Operations, or Strategy
  • Experience launching enterprise software, AI, robotics, or technical products
  • Proven ability to drive large cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong executive communication
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments
  • Bias toward action and ownership
  • May be expected to obtain and hold a U.S. Top Secret security clearance

The stated salary range below represents an estimated base pay only and reflects consideration of multiple compensation factors. Final salary offers may differ depending on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience or training background, specialized skills, and business needs.
