About the role: 

This role is responsible for improving how Nintex’s GTM teams operate by translating business needs into scalable processes and system solutions. You will partner across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and IT to simplify workflows, improve data quality, and ensure our core systems (Salesforce, CPQ, etc.) support efficient and predictable revenue execution.  This role reports to the VP of RevOps and will have a strong dotted-line relationship to the Senior GTM Process & Systems Analyst, who will provide day-to-day direction, prioritization support, process/system guidance, and oversight across key GTM systems initiatives

Your contribution will be: 

Process Design & Optimization 

  • Document and standardize core GTM processes (lead → opportunity → order → renewal)  
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend scalable solutions  
  • Drive consistency across regions while accommodating necessary local variations  

Systems Translation & Execution 

  • Translate business requirements into system changes (Salesforce, CPQ, integrations)  
  • Partner with IT to prioritize and deliver enhancements  
  • Ensure alignment between business intent and system behavior  

Salesforce & CPQ Support 

  • Support ongoing improvements to Salesforce and CPQ (Conga or equivalent)  
  • Help reduce system complexity (fields, workflows, page layouts)  
  • Validate system changes through UAT and ensure readiness for release  

Data Quality & Governance 

  • Improve data accuracy and completeness (accounts, opportunities, hierarchy)  
  • Support enforcement of key data standards and definitions  
  • Partner with BI to ensure reporting aligns with business definitions  

Enablement & Adoption 

  • Support rollout of new processes and system changes  
  • Create clear documentation and training materials  
  • Partner with Enablement to drive adoption and reduce manual workarounds  

Operational Support 

  • Support cross-functional initiatives (forecasting, territory planning, comp changes)  
  • Help troubleshoot process/system issues impacting the field  
  • Act as a point of contact for GTM teams on systems/process questions 

To be successful, we think you need: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience  
  • 4–7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Systems  
  • Experience working with Salesforce (required)  
  • Experience with CPQ systems (Conga preferred)  
  • Experience partnering with both business stakeholders and IT teams

Target Compensation Range (US ONLY): 72,000 - 107,000 USD annually. On target compensation refers to the base salary and applicable variable target for this role. The range is an estimate, base pay will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate's skills and experience aligned with the needs of the role. Base pay may vary based on several factors including geographic location, role specific qualifications, and seniority. Nintex also offers a competitive benefits package including paid time off, twelve paid holidays, 401(k) with employer match, and more.​
