Job Description:


As part of the Global Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations team, this hands-on role delivers commercial analysis, reporting, and automation across the commercial organization. 


Working alongside GTM Operations colleagues, business leaders, and technical specialists, the Analyst develops reliable insights and practical solutions that improve decision-making and reduce manual work. This role takes ownership of agreed initiatives while building on existing capabilities and supporting reuse across regions. 


Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities 

  • Partner with commercial stakeholders and GTM Operations colleagues to understand business needs and deliver agreed analytics and automation initiatives. 
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models supporting planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and commercial execution. 
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating analysis into clear insights and recommendations. 
  • Develop workflow automations and AI-assisted solutions, working with technical specialists on complex requirements and integrations. 
  • Validate reporting and workflow outputs, document business logic, and support testing, adoption, and ongoing maintenance. 
  • Partner with Finance, Data & Analytics, IT, and regional operations to maintain consistent metric definitions and resolve data discrepancies. 
  • Share reusable solutions across regions, measure improvements in efficiency and business use, and manage assigned priorities independently. 

Required Qualifications 

  • Minimum eight (8) years of experience in enterprise B2B software-as-a-service (SaaS) GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or commercial analytics.
  • Relevant experience in enterprise B2B software-as-a-service (SaaS) GTM Operations, Revenue Operations, or commercial analytics. 
  • Strong understanding of pipeline, forecasting, recurring revenue, and commercial processes. 
  • Hands-on business intelligence (BI) and data modeling skills, including experience building dashboards, analyzing data, and validating results. 
  • Practical experience using workflow automation and AI tools to improve business processes. 
  • A track record of delivering reliable analytical or automation solutions that achieve sustained business use. 
  • Ability to translate business questions into practical solutions, troubleshoot independently, and collaborate with technical specialists. 
  • Strong prioritization, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills. 
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with Salesforce reporting and Power BI. 
  • Familiarity with SQL, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, APIs, Agentforce, or Copilot Studio. 
  • Experience delivering reusable capabilities across regions with globally distributed teams.

Pay Transparency Statement:

US Base Salary Range: $99,500.00 - $129,400.00

Base pay offered to new hires may vary based upon factors including relevant industry and job-related skills and experience, geographic location, and business needs.* The range displayed does not encompass the full potential of the role, which allows for further growth and career progression.

In addition, as a part of our total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Vertex Bonus Plan (VOB), a role-specific sales commission/bonus, and/or equity grants.
