As a GTM Engineer at MaintainX, you will be responsible for scaling pipeline generation by leveraging automated GTM systems and tools. In this transformative role, you will leverage AI GTM systems to drive pipeline via automated outbounding. A key part of this role will involve researching and discovering new automated outbound strategies and tools to continuously improve and scale pipeline generation. This role reports into our VP of Demand Generation, and requires close collaboration with the Revenue Operations, Sales and Marketing teams.
What you'll do:- Leverage Automated Systems for Pipeline Generation: Use AI-powered systems (e.g., Clay, Salesforce, Outreach, and more) to automate outreach, data enrichment, and lead qualification. You will be goaled on pipeline driven by automated touches. You will uncover account signals, write AI email sequences, and optimize our inbound and outbound motions at scale.
- Research & Discover New Automated Outbound Strategies and Tools: Continuously research, test, and evaluate new tools, technologies, and strategies for automated outbound prospecting. Identify emerging automation trends and assess their potential impact on pipeline generation.
- Optimize Personalized Messaging: Leverage AI tools to create and automate personalized messaging at scale, ensuring outreach efforts are tailored to prospect personas and data signals for higher engagement and conversion rates.
- Streamline Outreach & Engagement: Use automation tools to streamline outreach across various channels (email, social, etc.). Ensure that the outreach is timely, consistent, and aligned with the prospect’s needs, driving higher engagement and conversion. Maintain high deliverability rates for email.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze data from automated systems to identify opportunities for optimization. Continuously test and refine outreach strategies using A/B testing and data analysis to improve pipeline generation effectiveness.
- Monitor and Report on Performance: Track and report on key performance metrics for pipeline generation. Provide actionable insights and feedback to leadership on how to improve pipeline generation efforts.
- 2–5+ years of experience in GTM, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, or Revenue Operations, with a technical focus, especially in leveraging automation and AI to drive pipeline generation.
- Experience with Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with tools like Clay, Salesforce, Zapier, Outreach, or similar platforms. Expertise in leveraging AI for outreach and automation is a plus.
- Pipeline Focused: Demonstrated success in leveraging automated systems to generate pipeline and improve lead conversion.
- Email Marketing Experience: Familiar with email marketing best practices, including deliverability.
- Research & Innovation: Ability to stay ahead of automation trends, continuously exploring and discovering new tools and strategies to improve outbound prospecting.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data insights to optimize outreach strategies and pipeline performance.
- Collaboration & Communication Skills: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, particularly Revenue Operations, to ensure alignment on systems and strategies.
