About The Role

We're looking for a GTM Engineer to join our Revenue Operations team. This inaugural role sits at the intersection of engineering, data, and go-to-market strategy, building the automation, integrations, and internal tools that let our GTM teams move faster and work as one connected system as we serve the multifamily and commercial real estate markets. This is a hands-on role focused on the design, build, implementation, and maintenance of technical solutions to address real operational challenges and opportunities facing Grace Hill’s revenue engine. The right fit is someone who thinks like an engineer but is fluent in GTM process language, and who can move with us as priorities shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build GTM automation and workflows + own systems integrations across our marketing, sales, and customer success tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, engagement, data enrichment, and service platforms) to remove manual work for our revenue teams.
  • Build on-demand visibility into product usage, account health, and expansion signals for Sales and Customer Success, replacing today's static, periodic snapshots with live triggers they can act on.
  • Design and automate handoff processes between Marketing and Sales, Sales and Customer Success, and Sales and Support Services so context doesn’t get lost in transition.
  • Build and maintain dynamic account scoring and whitespace mapping to help account executives prioritize expansion opportunities within their book of business.
  • Leverage AI/LLM tooling to build automation and enrichment workflows to improve speed-to-action on sales leads generated by Marketing or Customer Success.
  • Maintain data hygiene and system architecture across the GTM stack, ensuring clean handoffs from Marketing through Sales through Customer Success.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integrations and automations, acting as the first line of technical support.
  • Document and share technical workflows so the broader RevOps and GTM teams can understand, adopt, and build on them.
  • Develop a governance layer for the use of AI across GTM in partnership with the VP of RevOps.

Qualifications

Required

  • Strong background working with automation, APIs, and backend integrations.
  • Experience using AI/LLM APIs to design/build/implement/maintain automations, workflows, or agent systems, and desire to apply them to real business processes in a zero-to-one environment.
  • Familiarity working with GTM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Zoominfo, ChurnZero, CPQ, Slack), and connecting them through well-structured, testable code that is maintainable over time.
  • Working proficiency in at least one scripting language (TypeScript, Python, JavaScript) and comfort writing/reading SQL.
  • A strong problem scoping and solving mindset with an eye for translating imperfect data or scattered systems into polished, reliable, and maintainable solutions.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and turn ambiguous business problems into high-impact shipped technical solutions.
  • Genuine interest in and curiosity about the evolving capabilities of AI and how they can be applied to optimize GTM alignment and execution–with a proactive approach to ongoing learning and staying abreast of best practices and LLM capability evolution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, especially in a remote/asynchronous environment.

Preferred

  • Background in full-stack software engineering or systems development.
  • Background in RevOps, Sales Engineering, or a technical role supporting revenue teams at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Hands-on experience with enrichment/orchestration platforms (Clay or comparable) is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in a B2B vertical SaaS market – bonus for commercial real estate or proptech.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary: $120K-$155K + bonus
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits
  • Remote work option
  • Collaborative, mission-driven culture
