Position Summary:
Onit is seeking a data-driven, high-ownership Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist to drive performance across paid channels and serve as a strategic partner to our Integrated Campaign Managers. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic insight; owning paid media optimization, performance forecasting, and pipeline impact.
This role directly influences where we invest, how campaigns scale, and how pipeline grows. You will help shape the next phase of Onit’s growth as we redefine legal operations with AI. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize paid programs across LinkedIn, Google, syndication, retargeting, and emerging channels.
- Use structured metadata and attribution frameworks to track performance across funnel stages.
- Build and execute testing strategies across messaging, audiences, and creative to enable scalable learning.
- Analyze performance regularly and provide clear recommendations on budget allocation and optimization.
- Collaborate with Integrated Campaign Managers to align paid strategy with campaign goals and GTM motions.
- Serve as a performance advisor, guiding teams on what’s working, what to adjust, and where to invest.
- Partner with Content, Creative, Product Marketing, and Marketing Ops to ensure high-performing assets, clean tracking, and reliable reporting.
- Build, launch, and manage campaigns including targeting, creative refreshes, and channel optimization.
- Troubleshoot tracking, pixel, and UTM issues to ensure data integrity.
- Support broader marketing initiatives during peak campaigns (webinars, events, nurture programs, landing pages, A/B testing).
- Step in where needed — demonstrating ownership and a team-first mindset to drive results.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of performance or demand generation experience (B2B SaaS preferred).
- Proven success managing multi-channel paid programs with meaningful budgets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience with structured metadata, naming conventions, and attribution models.
- Excellent communication skills across executive, sales, marketing, and RevOps stakeholders.
- Highly organized with strong pipeline discipline and time management skills.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience in legal tech, AI-native products, or integrated GTM motions a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms; Salesloft or equivalent tools a plus.
