We’re looking for a Growth Partnerships Manager to help us identify, close, and launch high-impact partnerships that drive meaningful growth. In this role, you’ll lead the full lifecycle of growth partnerships — from sourcing and pitching to contract execution and launch — while ensuring each opportunity aligns with our mission and delivers long-term value.

You’ll thrive here if you bring strong industry relationships, a keen eye for performance metrics, and can model ROI with confidence and clarity. Most importantly, you’ll know how to spot and build partnerships that deliver on our mission: financial wellness for everyone.

Acorns is a remote-first organization, offering the flexibility to work remotely while providing optional access to office space in Irvine, CA.

What you will do at Acorns:

  • Learn the current partnerships strategy, tools, and key performance metrics.

  • Take a principles-based approach to growth partnerships and clearly identify and execute opportunities to expand our subscriber base.

  • Review existing partner agreements and pipeline to identify quick wins and optimization opportunities.

  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline of prospective partners using your network and proactive outreach.

  • Lead every stage of the partnership process: prospecting, pitching, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts.

  • Model partner economics, calculate ROI, and ensure deals meet psCAC and other performance guardrails.

  • Collaborate with product, marketing, legal, and analytics teams to launch new partnerships smoothly and on schedule.

  • Consistently deliver new partnerships that drive measurable subscriber growth and revenue impact.

  • Optimize live partnerships by monitoring KPIs, testing new initiatives, and scaling high performers.

  • Establish Acorns as a preferred partner in the fintech and consumer ecosystems through your industry relationships and strategic insights.

What you will bring to Acorns:

  • Existing relationships and contacts in fintech, consumer finance, or growth-focused partner ecosystems.

  • Demonstrated success in sourcing, pitching, and closing B2B or B2B2C partnerships end-to-end.

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with ROI modeling, funnel metrics, and performance guardrails.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

  • High attention to detail, project management ability, and a drive to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

What we offer:

  • Competitive salary and stock options

  • A comprehensive benefits package for you and your family

  • Flexible work location, hours, and paid time off

  • 401(k) matching

  • Monthly Acorns account contribution & GoHenry account for your family

  • Mindfulness and Financial Wellness resources, Headspace and Addition Wealth

  • Acorns Career Development Program (Ongoing training sessions, development plans, development check-ins, Cornerstone’s online training platform)

  • Roots Leadership Program for Emerging Leaders

  • Community week onsite gatherings, and various virtual events

  • Talented and motivated team members who care deeply about one another, our mission, and our customers.

  • The rare opportunity to create a new world. We inspire one another every day to do meaningful work that solves big societal challenges.
