About Eve

Eve is redefining legal technology for plaintiff law firms, and we're building the team that will take us there. We help firms handle more cases, recover more for clients, and grow with AI that works across every stage of a case, from intake through resolution. The next generation of great plaintiff firms will be AI-Native, and Eve is how they get there. But what makes Eve different isn't just the product. It's how we build it. If you're someone who takes ownership, stays curious, and wants to build AI that's already changing how  law is practiced, this is where you belong.

Product-market fit: Eve is trusted by over 1000+ law firms, and we’re growing fast.
Backed by top investors: We’ve raised over $160M from world-class partners including Spark Capital, Andreessen Horowitz(A16z), Menlo Ventures, and Lightspeed.
Built by a world-class team: Engineers, designers, and operators from places like Scale, Meta, Airbnb, Cruise, Square, Rubrik, and Lyft are building Eve from the ground up.
AI-Native from day one: We’re on the bleeding edge of AI, collaborating directly with teams at OpenAI and Anthropic to build best-in-class AI workflows tailored for legal work.
Explosive growth: We are growing 2X revenue Quarter over Quarter.

The Role

We're hiring a Growth & Monetization Analyst to be the analytical engine of Eve's growth motion — and an operator who acts on what the data says, not just someone who reports it.

This isn't a "build the dashboard and hand it off" role. You'll own the measurement behind activation, adoption, retention, and expansion, and you'll bring a pricing and monetization lens to that work — helping shape how packaging, pricing, and expansion levers show up in the product itself. The job is what you do with the data: spotting where users stall or where pricing is leaving money on the table, proposing the fix, building the tooling to test it, and pushing it through to a shipped change. You'll use AI heavily — to build analysis and automation faster, to stand up tooling without waiting on an engineering queue, and to get more done as a team of one than a traditional analyst function ever could.

You'll partner closely with growth, product, pricing, and engineering — as the person in the room who knows the data well enough to challenge the plan and who is enough of a builder to help ship the fix yourself. You'll help pioneer Eve's product-led growth motion from the ground up: the instrumentation, the measurement infrastructure, the monetization analysis, and increasingly, the automated systems and AI-assisted tooling that let the whole growth function move faster.

If you think in cohorts and causal inference before you think in dashboards, if you're as comfortable digging into pricing and packaging economics as you are into activation funnels, if you'd rather build the tool than request it, and if you're fluent enough with AI to turn "we should analyze this" into a working script or agent yourself, this role should be a good fit.

What You’ll Do
  • Own growth and product analytics end to end — instrumentation, metric definitions, and the models that make activation, retention, and expansion trends visible — and act as an owner of outcomes, not just a reporter of numbers.
  • Bring a monetization lens to growth work: analyze pricing, packaging, and expansion performance, and surface where changes could improve conversion, retention, or revenue per account.
  • Design and analyze experiments — including pricing and packaging tests — then push results into action: propose the follow-up test, the product change, or the campaign the data points to.
  • Use AI tools and automation to build faster — scripts, agents, and workflows that replace manual analysis and ad hoc reporting with something repeatable and self-serve.
  • Help build the measurement foundation for Eve's product-led growth motion — event tracking, cohorting, and the automated systems a PLG function runs on.
  • Partner with growth, product, pricing, and engineering to identify where users stall or where monetization is underperforming, and drive that insight through to a shipped fix, not just a slide.
  • Build lightweight tools and internal automation yourself when it's faster than waiting on an engineering queue — you're comfortable being hands-on with the build, not just the analysis.
  • Flag when a proposed test or launch is set up in a way that won't produce a trustworthy answer, and hold the team to a real analytical bar.
  • Establish data quality standards and documentation so metrics stay consistent and trusted as the team scales.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years in growth analytics, product analytics, pricing/monetization analytics, or a similar hybrid analytical/operational role, ideally within a growth or product organization.
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude) and BI/reporting tools.
  • Some exposure to pricing or monetization analysis — elasticity, packaging tradeoffs, cohort economics, or similar — even if not your primary background.
  • Fluency with using AI tools to build — scripting, automating, or standing up lightweight tooling yourself rather than only requesting it from engineering.
  • Real experience designing and interpreting experiments, with the judgment to catch a flawed test setup before it ships.
  • A bias toward action — a track record of turning analysis into a shipped change, not just a report.
  • Excellent communication — you can make a case for a decision clearly enough that people act on it.
  • Comfort operating with significant ownership in a still-forming function, without a lot of existing processes to lean on.
