Growth Marketing Tracking Consultant will report directly to our Head of Growth Analytics. This is a role that works closely with our team across multiple clients we service -- giving this individual a broad experience of how growth & analytics stacks are built across multiple fast-growing businesses.
The level of engagement will range from part-time to full-time, depending on your experience.

Your tracking infrastructure will help shift many millions of dollars worth of advertising spend
You’ll be exposed to many industries and build a robust understanding of growth marketing
Working knowledge of CDPs (primarily Segment or RudderStack), Google Tag Manager and in-platform Event Managers (Meta, Google, etc.)
Confidence with Javascript (to implement tracking on websites, or provide specs to engineers implementing tracking)
Knowledge of browser inspection tools (e.g. Network, Console, etc.)
Ability to accurately follow specs and create them for client-side engineers in a clear and concise manner (we love Notion!)
Auditing event tracking for advertising and analytics tools for clients
Advising clients on best practices for tracking and data infrastructure for their growth marketing efforts
Providing detailed specs for tracking data to CDPs (Segment, RudderStack, etc.), tag managers (Google Tag Manager), and ad networks (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
Auditing tracking and privacy compliance of clients
Provide support to our internal team for analyzing client data
Creation of reports on the best practices for tracking and data analytics stacks for modern marketing teams
