We are looking for a Growth Marketing Strategy Director to define and shape our enterprise growth playbook. You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, client engagement, and growth marketing, owning the member engagement strategy at each enterprise client. You will serve as the strategic Marketing partner to our Sales and Account Management teams – including joining sales pitches, developing a bespoke member engagement plan for each client, and working with clients and Account Management to increase Garner adoption. This is a highly strategic and collaborative role at the heart of our growth engine - helping us engage more members and ultimately improve health outcomes at scale. This role reports to the VP of Growth Marketing.
This position is fully remote.
What you will do:- Lead marketing strategy at each enterprise client: You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution of custom multi-channel communication strategies at each enterprise client, aligned to their unique employee demographics, communication channels, and business objectives
- Serve as an expert consultant to Sales, Account Management, and Clients: You will serve as a trusted strategic advisor and subject matter expert, making sure stakeholders understand Garner’s approach to engagement; you’ll also pilot marketing campaigns at enterprise clients and work with the broader Growth Marketing team to scale proven engagement tactics across the rest of our book of business
- Leverage data to measure & optimize performance: You will own a data-driven approach to performance measurement and optimization by providing regular client-specific reporting on marketing performance to clients and internal stakeholders
- Build Scalable Processes: Develop and refine repeatable processes and playbooks for enterprise engagement marketing as our client base grows
- 6+ years of experience in growth strategy, client services, growth marketing, member engagement, or user acquisition; experience from a top-tier management consulting firm, high-growth start-up, marketing agency, or digital health company is preferred
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful, data-driven marketing strategies for large organizations
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex marketing concepts to internal and external stakeholders
- Results-oriented strategic thinker & problem solver who can break down ambiguous, complex problems, proactively identify opportunities, and translates vision into action - all while managing multiple complex client initiatives simultaneously
- Bias for innovative & experimentation, constantly seeking to test new growth tactics and channels and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to bring new ideas to life
- Collaborative leader who builds strong relationships across internal teams (Sales, Account Management, Product, Data) and with senior client stakeholders
- A self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment
- A passion for improving the U.S. healthcare system and desire to make a tangible impact
The base salary range for this position is $133,000 - $170,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
